Tried to contact them in several ways, but was never successful. They just used the photo and didn't give me the 30 days.

The main problem with that site is that most of the reviews are fake (at least as of a few years ago when I lost my free account). Now I mostly use it just to look up addresses and to find out about a place by using search filters.
