If you let the shop know about a bad experience, some of them will compensate you on your next visit. Of course, I've had my share of bad experiences. We've all had, nobody is immune to bad experiences. Last year, when I saw Fía / Rachel at Tokyo, she had me in and out in 20 minutes because she had another appointment in 25 minutes even though I had an appointment with her and paid for an hour (they must have double booked?
