I went to YS on Saturday. 6/11. I saw a few new faces, like Maria (but I didn't get dances from her). I recognized Katherine, Ireland, Michelle, and Bella. I got a few dances from Michelle. I got some from her a while ago and the ones from last Saturday were much better. Perhaps she knows me better, so she is willing to give better grindage? She has some nice, soft boobs.
I was looking for Allie, but I didn't see her that night. Is she still working at YS?

I noticed before she disappeared that she had lost her baby fat and she was looking good. She mentioned that she was eating healthier and exercising more, which worked well for her. Too bad she doesn't appear to work there anymore, as she was looking hot.

The last time I saw her was at the end of April and she was busy with customers.
My first dance with Michelle was kind of lame, but she grinded better this time. A lot more variety and attention to Mr. Happy, but no extras. As for Maria, I didn't get a good look at her. She had curly hair and big boobs. That's all I really remember.

Most of the clubs can make plenty of money with girls that are not as overtly friendly and thereby not risk having to call Al Estes. Point is that I doubt that telling management you want the girls back is going to have any positive effect. Better to find a girl that has been there a while and buy a few drinks for her and maybe slip her a few bucks as a tip. Then ask her where the girls that interest you went (from my experience, management will never tell you even if they know) , the long-established girls just might tell you.
Then just take your business over to the new place. Of course you probably know this, so please don't be insulted, but fact is that most of the girls will give you digits so you can come to them wherever they are (danger Will Robinson. If you have a life, don't be giving out your regular cell number. Get a 2nd unlisted prepaid phone). If they are willing to give digits, it can mean anything from a fully legit offer to help you keep track of the club where they work (a lot of girls move from club to club to keep busy when business is slow) to getting a lap dance somewhere where they don't have to pay a tip out.

Sometimes they get "fired" or "banned" or accumulate so many "fines" that they can't go back to work at a club then move to another one. In this case it's Pink Pony. Others will circulate over to Deja Vu (there used to be quite the flow between YS and DV). Vegas in Pinellas, the 'Stixx and the clubs on Adamo were popular flow spots too.
A dancer buddy of mine got banned from YS, went over to the Mons day shift, also did some night shift at 2001 (sometimes in the same week) got out of dancing / tried escorting for a couple weeks then recently went back to YS.
The other real possibility is that a girl gets hired to do the promo shots for a club then never shows up again.

Some leave because the tips outs have gotten to be to much which from what I have been told, is a problem at YS. Clubs make money by 'fining' dancers for braking club rules. Another problem at YS. Some will move on to another club because they have problems with someone at a club, be it another dancer, a DJ, a customer or management. Others move just because they are flakes.
Look at it this way. They are just women and. Well, that pretty much explains it!
Haven't been to Tampa in a few years, and was wondering if the scene is still similar. I probably will goto YS, then to 2001. Does anyone know if Katherine from YS and Necie from 2001 (then she went to Skin I think) are still around? Any help would be appreciated as these two were favs.
