You'll get a random quality massage for random minutes. Not all places provide full service, those that do will negotiate the cost before it happens. Some places only do a handy and won't ask for the tip up front, rather at the end which is always nice. Don't overpay, 200 is probably a max is ever tip for full service and 40-80.

For a handy just depends on the level of service. I'd suggest getting a 1 month sub to RM and see the reviews to know what places are FS vs Handy only. Valley places are generally better than downtown or NS.
