Can you take me here, can you buy me lunch, cigs etc. I make a point of telling every girl I see for the 2nd time when the service dips or get complicated I won't be back and so far very few comply.

Most worked the streets at one time, at least to some extent, but no longer do so, and mostly quit out of general fear or due to specific run-ins with Uncle Leo. Hence, they are 'UTR' as well.
All, frankly, are substance abusers to some degree, either crack, pills or alcohol, but all manage to hide their addiction well and can function within the norms of society. But this is also why a little recreational income is so appreciated by these Ladies!
Now keeping these Providers 'available' may cost me a bit more than going to the open market, but what I save in gas and time, alone, makes it all worthwhile. And, of course, there's neither the hit-or-miss (or admittedly, the thrill) of searching as well. It may cost me a few bucks over the going price from time-to-time, and I may even bring a small, inconsequential gift once in a while. And yes, I even get the occasional 'urgent request' for a consultation when it is not the most convenient time for me, but a cash infusion is quickly needed by the Lady in question. But the returns on my investment can be significant, and well worth the small extra effort. GFE, for example, becomes the expected norm and not some rare serendipitous find. I'm not talking becoming somebody's Sugar Daddy here, by the way either, it's strictly pay-as-you-go and nothing extravagant!
