In all deference to your sighting, I very much doubt it was the same girl, probably just a look alike. I would be curious where your sighting took place, but I seriously would contend it was not in the Torresdale area where I picked her up. I edited this post a little because of length. I understand what you said Davey, well for the most part, but please correct me if I'm wrong but I'm pretty sure Super's safe in this instance since the servers that carry these photos are out of US Jurisdiction. It's a problem the FBI is aware of so I'm sure procedures and laws are being written. I can't speak for the PENNDOT habits of everyone but I know a valid PA license when I see it. Great post Super, I've seen her on Old York a couple of times, but since it was always the same time of day and she was on the bus stop I took her for a civilian, guess my hoedar is out of calibration. Now you've peaked my interest and I'm on the edge of my seat waiting for the friend.
