I've seen numerous SWs on Capital between Old Buffalo and 440. Drive through the shopping center parking lots near America's Best Value and do the Brentwood / Appliance loop. I'd say during the afternoon it's about a 25% chance of seeing at least one person out on a single pass. Last time I checked out New Bern, I also saw two relatively attractive WSWs along with a few less attractive ones hanging out at the gas stations near the notels.

I've had numerous reports of SW's in all those areas mentioned all times during the day. I go hunting mostly at Night and There is at least 3 that actively walks Capital almost every Night up from The BP all the way up to the Super 8. Ride thru the notels and you gurantee to see a few a that's doubling as BP Girls and an easy pick-up.

At first I thought she was waiting at the bus stop on the side street. When she started walking down Saunders and circle back around; I then figured she must be strolling for cash.
