I once took a business course, for newbies, at the local community college. In it, one of the tricks was, when giving a long presentation, to give offbeat break times.

For example: We'll take a break at 2:18 pm and be back at 2:33 pm. The weird break times will remain stuck in people's minds.

I think the 119/hr is following the same logic. It certainly has you thinking about it, doesn't it? That is what marketing tries to do.

There are a lot of visiting girls here who charge less and will take less. They have to pay for hotel rooms. Make them an offer, if they don't take it. Move on to the next one. I have noticed that prices are down on eros and not so many $300+ prices listed in ads.

If you are going through an agency, I can see $300 since they have overhead and get a cut. Independents should not be over $200. It is a buyer's market. Be a smart buyer.

The Bait and switch part is relevant and not funny. The chuckle comes from the thought of the "switch" actually honoring the deal of service being free, since she was not the one you are expecting. Seriously doubt the better business bureau will be getting any letters about that.

Look under abbreviations on this site.

Since the abbreviation page does include both "French Kissing" and "French" it may help to mention that "French lessons" does not refer to the kissing. The term "lessons" comes from the fact that many sexual activities are named for countries and they are referred to as "languages". So we say "she speaks Russian" and "she gives Greek lessons". Sometimes people also talk about a "trip to France".
