The place has always held great promise, always had some of the best looking girls. However, performance had been lacking until Lilly showed up. The way it works is that when one place is being taken down by the heat, the managers call each other up immediately on the cells, and all joints go on a sort of lock down. This is a common practice, and I know this from knowing many owners/managers. This is why if you see the boys taking down one place, if you drive to another, they will not take more customers if they are in this loop. In fact, if it looks pretty bad, they will send all the girls home for the day.
One reason behind all this is because police may not just be taking down one place. That offers little publicity. Remember, this is all about people thinking that the police are doing their job, not about taking out the places one at a time. They need to say in the papers that they raided X message parlors, and issued Y number of citations.
So I would not take what happened personally, they may have saved you from getting arrested.

Yumi is one the few excellent providers still at amp's. Not a "GFE" by any means, but provides a nice session.
