I have visited Sakura a couple of times. Got Viki last time. Great experience and received the full 60 minutes. They have a camera facing the parking lot and in at least one of the rooms I could keep an eye on my car at night. Frequent visitor card stamped and you can waive the house fee with enough visits. Little Caesars is open late a couple stores down but I could care less about that.
But what bothers me is there always seems to be a car monitoring at night, whether I am there or I drive by. Last time was a older woman.
