I saw Dandc07 posting about KittyCatKitten and had good things to say. I PM him and he sounded credible. So I decided to TOFTT and give her a try.
We exchanged emails, txts and call. She sounds nice enough so I scheduled an appointment. 3 days in advance. 2 days out and then the day before I wrote to confirm, which she did. She wrote back to re-confirm with me the night before (which I don't get email at night) and when I didn't reply, she took late calls. The next morning, when I wrote, txt and called to confirm, I got no reply. Over an hour past our appointment time, she wrote back and said she didn't hear back from me that evening so she assumed we were not confirmed. Fair enough, although I keep by my commitments I suspect these poor girls get stood up often. I'll own the mis-communication. My bad.
I rescheduled with her for the following week and made it very clear when I can and CAN NOT communicate. The days before we confirmed and reconfirmed. The next morning, I emailed, txt and called to confirm her ETA. No response. Again, over an hour past out scheduled appointment, I got an apologetic txt. She had over slept and her ride (no car) didn't show. She said she was new to the business and I expressed in a rather harsh and pointed manner how reliability was so important to mongers like me who have to move and arrange schedules to meet. Rather than being defensive, she was very apologetic and offered a discount to make up for it. I didn't accept a discount but rescheduled. This time she vigilant in her communications and arrived on time.
She is a not a skinny spinner and her photos are real, although her hair is black now. We agreed on BBJTCIM and. 8. She delivered very well on this. Although it was generally a little faster and rougher than I prefer, the service was outstanding and she was very accommodating to my requests. She can DT very well and takes the money shot like a pro. The scheduling a reliability problems notwithstanding, the service was excellent and I definitely recommend her and I will repeat probably with FS soon and often.

Even if you register under a fake name, Google tracks everything and keeps it all on file. If you use your phone to make calls via Google voice, they will have that number in their records. You don't want that information available to someone with a subpoena (you don't need a judge to get one). I doubt you'll have any problems, but there is still a greater level of exposure than I am comfortable with.

For the night-owl mongers 7-11 is a much better option than CVS because they're literally EVERYWHERE & are almost always open 24x7. Plus you can get hot food (though mostly nasty) if you get the late-night munchies.
In terms of PAYGO services, the big cell companies offer some good plans if you got a phone that'll work on their network. And a big benefit of usin one of the big boy's PAYGO plans is that you'll get their network's coverage anywhere you go in the country. And you can score a wiped used phone that works on a major network for cheap.
Google voice is ok, but the only benefit is that your name won't show up in a caller I'd. A separate monger is completely disposable & replaceable, so it's pretty much untraceable as long as you only pay w / cash.

You should also search phone numbers on USASG. The search function on this site can be confusing, so here are the instructions:

Unless there's a situation where LE is investigating a violent crime, the odds of someone going to the store to pull the video to see who purchased a phone, then tracking the individual by face must be close to zero.
Yes, you could have the misfortune of seeing someone right before someone else attacks her, and the investigators hunt you down as a "person of interest," but they're more likely to see who shows up on hotel security video, and track to down the last person who called her phone.

And, once you've established that the pics are fraudulent, if you still take the plunge then you pretty much deserve whatever you get.
