Colonoscopy not applicable
Yearly colonoscopy is best.
No reason for prostate issues.
Sorry guy. You got your cancers confused. Colonoscopy is applicable for colon cancer and will only find very advanced prostate cancer that has spread to the colon. Way too late to be of much help.
PSA (prostate specific antigen) blood test looks at the level of a normally present auto-immune response hormone that is specific to the prostate. Elevated levels of of this antigen are a direct measure of problems if some sort with the prostate. The inaccuracy factor with test is because the antigen levels will also be elevated by other prostate issues (infection, trauma, etc). Elevated antigen levels will usually result in repeating the blood test a week to a month later. If antigen levels return to normal or near normal levels, no further action is usually called for.
In my case, it took 3 years of intermittently elevated PSA levels and 2 prostate biopsies for me to decide to undergo the surgery. It's been more than 2 years since the surgery and I've resigned myself to living with the results. It's far from perfect but I am, apparently, cancer free. The ongoing consequences of the surgery have changed my life but I can expect to have a life now.
Mouthwash & Blood Pressure
Talking about blood pressure, who would have thought this would be bad, but it's true.

Activity after Prostatectomy
I'm 59 and just recently had my prostate surgically removed due to aggressive cancer diagnosis. I'm still in recovery, only having the surgery 3. 5 weeks ago. Unfortunately my cancer spread did not afford me nerve sparing surgery, so I will most likely never regain an erection on my own. I was sexually active before this all happened and now in my current state, I'm looking forward to the next step in life with a very different sexual experience. I'd like to hear from anyone about their sexual experiences after prostatectomy. How long did you wait till you resumed sex or masturbation? My massage therapist is eager to have me come in. She claims to have experience with other male clients with my condition. I could surely use a good massage and a HE, if she knows how to handle someone with severe erectile dysfunction after surgery.

New and trying to play safe. Advice?
I got a UTI from a from a streetwalker in Las Vegas 25 years ago, since then I've never gone bare with a provider. Except BBJ.
I'm new to all this stuff and just been with 2 providers so far but I'm not sure how to check if it's safe so I choose the HJ and BJ with condom options.
For BJ how do I know it's safe to do it without condom? Since STD can be in the mouth as well.
I felt very rude to the provider when I wouldn't kiss her mouth or lick her pussy because I don't know how to know those areas are safe either.
How often do you guys do STD tests?
https://gettested.cdc.gov/search_results?location=96817
I just noticed it's not just 1 test for all. There's HIV, STD, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, Chlamydia, Syphilis, Gonorrhea, and Herpes.
Do you guys just do all every month? Or just the HIV and STD ones every 2 weeks?
Anyone Ever Caught Anything?
Has anyone here ever caught anything and what was your frequency of going and how many providers?
For the record I have never caught anything, and I've done everything with them except anal. I'm an anal virgin LOL. Oh and I'm not a huge fan of BBFS but I have done it w providers, mostly turn it down though. It got to a point I don't even know if stds exist. I got comprehensively tested and came back all negative. It boogles the mind. You would think these providers got maybe 5 to 10 clients a day every day. Those mongers are seeing other providers too that it would be guaranteed to catch something at some point. Well I did get a sore throat once but that was over in a day or 2. LOL.
