Thanks Candy.

That's Britney Monroes picture in her / their ad. The language and grammar would be about right.
Let's just say I am knowledgable in this area of the law and LE cannot commit a crime to gain an arrest / conviction. LE can lie to you but they cannot commit an illegal act. In the description of this young lady she alleges that the police officier engaged in a sexual act with her and then the arrest was made on her and her co-worker [This is the illegal act]. If this is the case there are certainly inappropriate behavior on the part of the undercover officier, the challenge here is the credibility of this young woman and her co-worker in testifing about the events of said night unless the sting was video taped or there was audio. Attorneys all have their strategy on the approach to building a defense for this type of arrest. My recommedation would be to retain an aggressive kick down the door type of attorney that is NOT tied to the local judicial community (aviods that boys club mentality). If this is a common occurrence in "hick town" then a referral to the State Police and / or Attorney General's office may be needed.
Good luck
The LEO can finish the entire appointment before breaking out the bracelets.
It's all up to what the local police chief / county sheriff is willing to allow and one of the reasons many departments only used unmarried officers for vice work.
If nothing else your attorney could try dropping a line to CH9's I-Team and see if they'd like to do a piece like the one in Richmond, VA a few years back when it was common practice in their department to "collect as much evidence as possible".
After all, if a minor sting is good for one headline, and a county official is good for two weeks this should be good for at least a month.

Let's just say I am knowledgable in this area of the law and LE cannot commit a crime to gain an arrest / conviction.
What is to keep LE from using a non-LE informant or mole to enter, engage and then bear witness. So was the recipient of the service LE or working mole? Not Perry Mason here, but this type of activity happen all the time in narcotics cases.
Wouldn't their photos show up on cincy mugshots? With all the recent posts about arrests, I never saw anyone looking like the two mentioned below or any other ladies that advertise on this site. Any way to know for sure if these posts are legit?

Good luck
That is SOP here and a provider even posted IMPD SOPs that stated specifically that it was accepted behavior. I am told the FBI has occasionally interviewed a few arrestees later nothing has yet to ever come of it.

Good luck
It's treated the same as an undercover buying / using narcotics in the course of an investigation and is an immunity issue.
In order for someone to be arrested for selling to an undercover, the officer has to make a purchase and a transaction completed (which would mean the office violated the law as well).
Otherwise the defense can claim he was just sharing with a friend in which case it would be possession.
The issue here is whether or not the local department accepts "partaking" as an acceptable part of an investigation.
To extend this further, if an undercover is working in a gang situation and in the process carries a concealed automatic weapon say a MAC10 or a Thompson (who knew that you still have to notify the local FBI office if you're in the possession of a fully functional one of these) he would be in violation of the law but due to his involvement in an investigation is given immunity on "that" charge.
[blue]Arrest/Conviction/Incarceration/Release Report deleted by Admin[/blue]
EDITOR'S NOTE: [blue]This report was deleted because it was a completely pointless report regarding an individual who was arrested / convicted/ incarcerated / released for engaging in commercial sex activities.
The "report" was completely un-newsworthy, and was apparently posted with the sole intention of embarrassing and humiliating this individual.
I want to say this carefully so no one gets the wrong idea: If you think about it, posting the names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status and/or the release dates of people who have been arrested for engaging in commercial sex activities is somewhat heartless and really just helping the police in their efforts to embarrass these people.
Since this website is all about assisting people in obtaining commercial sex services, we don't want to add to the problems of the unfortunate people who have been arrested by publishing their names, mugshots, case status, incarceration status, or release dates.
Thanks![/blue]
I guess he didn't get his full 15 minutes of shame from two years ago. Saw this report on TV this morning and thought I would share:
GREEN TWP, Ohio. A suspected John allegedly called a local police department on himself after spending some time with a prostitute Monday night, but it's not the first time he's been charged with such a crime.
William Ferris. 29, called Green Township police Monday night to report a theft. Saying that the prostitute he had been with had stolen his cellphone. But at that point, the night got even worse for him.
Police investigating the matter say the phone hadn't been stolen by the hooker, he gave it to her as payment after she discovered he didn't have any cash. Police didn't buy Ferris' story, saying he legitimately gave her the phone as payment, and locked him up on the solicitation charge. Hours later, he was released from the Hamilton County Justice Center.
Ferris is a bit infamous for a similar incident more than two years ago. In April 2010, Ferris called 911 after a feeling a bit shortchanged on the services a prostitute allegedly provided to him. He claimed he had been robbed when she failed to deliver all he felt she had promised.
That escapade happened in a White Castle bathroom, also in Green Township.
Police have not released any additional details about the incident with the cellphone.
There were no mugshots of the supposed slew of providers in Hamilton County. It's possible they have their own jail at least for initial booking, so would get photographed there and wouldn't show up in Hamilton County. Folks arrested in some of the other municipalities don't show up with mugshots though usually their names do when they get booked into the jail.
They also have their own mayor's court where they try misdemeanors, though obviously no one in their right mind would have a case tried there without opting to have it moved to a real court in Hamilton County.
If someone has the actual names of anyone involved, they can look up the case here:
http://www.sharonville.org/casesearch.aspx
I searched using the real name of the provider formerly going by B. Monroe and now using H. Sparkles and no record was found. I used her name that was being reported by the media two years ago when her son was tragically struck and killed by a car. Maybe her last name has changed or perhaps the report was not legit, who knows!

I did a search of misdemeanors and put in 2012 for the case number. That will give you every misdemeanor case that has been filed in 2012. Since they start every case number in chronilogical order by the year I just went to the last page. The latest case is dates 4/23/12. Nothing seems to show a large bust of ladie in the recent past.
You can search under probation violations also but I don't know how they number those. I also tried to do it by 4/1/2012 to 4/25/12 but nothing came up.
They did list a couple of girls with drug charges so that may be how they arrested some of them if it is a true story.
