Only two reasons I can think that so many would stoop to BP:
1) Things are getting tough out there and they need the funds so are willing to deal with the BP stuff?

I would have to say it's option 2. If things were tough out there then the rates would be more negotiable. For example, I reported a Rari awhile back. That is Juicy's girl. I was knocking it down on a regular for 80. Now she is more than double that and out call only.
