The real issue is that the climate on the loops has gone down significantly because of the economic downturn, and the LE stepped up efforts. The guy who had his keys taken by a SW who demanded more money would think differently. I guess each situation is different, but I agree that the issue must be dealt with on the spot, and not be brought to the board for editorials (something I was guilty of).
