I was in a group like this once. For the idea to work the members must know each other and I don't mean a cyber-friendship. The members must know each other eye-to-eye so well that everyone in the group is trusted to keep their word and not flake out when the woman shows up. The members must also have the same taste in women and agree who to see next. And if you get that far, the last piece is to agree exactly when to bring her in. It is hard to put all this together. The choice of who to see and when must be everyone's first choice. Bargaining won't work because each member has other options and will bolt rather than bargain and keep their word.

Large groups are not manageable.
