Police break up alleged prostitution operation in New Castle

Eight people were arrested Sunday and charged in connection with a report of prostitution activity at a New Castle area hotel, police said Wednesday.

Three of the women and two of the men arrested claimed to be employed by Lovable Ladies Escort Service.

The alleged bust happened when Delwaware State Police officials said saw a suspicious-looking vehicle parked outside the Rodeway Inn Hotel at 3 Memorial Drive.

“When the trooper drove past the suspicious vehicle, it attempted to quickly leave the parking lot,” said police spokesman Cpl. Jeff Whitmarsh. “The Trooper subsequently conducted a traffic stop and contacted the driver of the vehicle -- Pablo Fernandez, 25, of Philadelphia.”

During the Jan. 18 stop, Whitmarsh said, Fernandez told the trooper he had dropped off a woman that he only knew as Jessica, an escort out of Philadelphia.

Fernandez soon gave the Trooper the room number in which Jessica was in, Whitmarsh said.

“When the Trooper arrived at the room, he knocked and was met by Sunil Bommareddy, 30, of Vienna, Virginia; Venkateeswa Palepu, 30, of Newark, Delaware; Vidyasagar Bommareddy, 31, of Palatka, Florida; and Steven Adams, 37, of Philadelphia, PA,” he said.

The trooper later learned there were, "some girls in the bathroom," Whitmarsh said.

An investigation revealed the ladies were hired by Venkateeswa Palepu, Sunil Bommareddy and Vidyasagar Bommareddy. When the women and their driver's -- Adams and Fernandez -- arrived at the motel, it is alleged that an agreement for sexual acts was made in exchange for $200.00, Whitmarsh said.

Just wondered if anyone else has had an experience here. Stopped by last weekend and was treated like a King.

The girl who answered the door was probably mid 30's, slim and trim, and couldn't have been nicer. Excellent massage, not rushed, and after turning over on my back the fun began. Basketball - I was intentionally vague. Too much LE action in the recent past. Lets just say as far as I know, and I have been doing this for 13 years now, no one tips 100 without getting everything desired. Typically 100 tip is a pretty pretty good indicator of what is available at an AMP (not a RMP).

Some have posted on other boards they had less success - maybe they are just less experienced or looked suspicious - not really sure. It has been reported they are now more careful again. Lets say Cece was pretty up front with what the potential was. 100 is the most I have and will tip - and I don't tip that much very often especially in NJ. YMMV

I have 2 reports. I'm a rookie and these are my first two.

First Experience. Kresson Road and Rt. 73 AMP. A little in the open for me because it is on a very busy intersection. Once you are up on the porch there is a high wall that shields you from the road. Rang the bell and met at the door by the mamasan. She knew It was my first time right off and was really cool. $60 dollar house fee. Mamasan wound up giving the massage herself. There was another girl there, but I didn't get a good look. The massage was ok, but nothing great. Spun me over and asked if I wanted to get finished off. I asked for a BJ, but it was denied along with the symbol for FS. Good HJ and rubbed her roamed over her clothes wherever. It got the blood pumping and overall was an ok experience. Anyone know of FS AMPs in south jersey close to Wilmington or Carney's Pt?

There are no AMPs in DE.

I live near Wilmington, and crossing the bridge to Carney's Pt is the most convenient if I get out for 1-2 hrs.

I have been to JB2 and VIP for decent massage and HJ, but looking for more.

Been to Philly. Great time, but the drive and parking are a nuisance.
