There are a few out. I picked up LaLa tonight about 10 on 130th, who used to advertise quite heavily on CL. My review is on ES. I often see Valentina near Winona or on the payphones at 7-11. The pimps were really being asses last night. I saw numerous SW's being chased down last night and followed by one pimp in particular but sometimes by several pimps. A few times SPD and security from the all ages club had to come down the street to stop it. Also, the pimps driving around think it's okay just to stop in the middle of the road and have a conversation with a pimp driving the other direction. They'll just sit there and talk with traffic backed up a block. Of course everyone is afraid to honk.
But the AAA action itself was nearly in peak form last night. Lot's of pretties in all shapes, sizes and descriptions to choose from.

That seems to be behavior everywhere in Seattle. Somebody will be messing with their hair or text messaging at a light when it turns green and no one will honk, they just sit their waiting for them to figure it out.
I was at the Shell Station standing next to the phone booths, when two of the wannabe pimps walk by. One was saying to the other, " I think thats the track back there. That's what they told me." They looked young and dumb, like they were from suburbia. I think there were a lot of guys playing 'dress up' out there. They chase the girls around playing the game, and then go home. I saw two other punks doing this for awhile and then saw them in line at the club.
A while back, I was at the Shell Station when these wannabes came in and started taking things and walking out of the store without paying, gangsta style. The owner grabbed one of the punks and a fight insued. The kid pulled a gun, but he did not have a round in the chamber. While he was trying to pull the slide back the owner knocked the gun out of the kid's hand. The gun went off, and the owner grabbed it and went into the store. The wannabe was having a temper tantrum, "screaming give my gun back". He went off to his H2 Hummer to sit and pout with his buddies. 1-2 minutes later the police role up. I point them toward the the Hummer and they haul them all to jail. A few weeks later, the owner told me that the kid was from an upper middle income family from Bellevue and his parents were lawyers. These stupid kids from middle income families think it is cool to be a gangster/pimp and come down here and expect everyone to be afraid of them because they are black and wear baggy cloths.

It's Memorial Day weekend afterall and there are much more important things to catch their attention. However, I wish they were around to rattle these idiots a little.
