You'll get slammed with messages / being favorited at first. It also depends how much you are willing to spend. If you can afford 'allowance level' arrangements, it's better than anything out there if you are in a decent sized town with a lot of college students (like the Twin Cities). You can honestly get women who are hotter / fresher / more GFE than even $500/ hour escorts.

If you want more Pay-Per-Meet, it's tougher but still a good source. $200-300 will get you 6-7's and occasional 8+. The top % hold out for allowances.

Join for 1-2 months, filter out those looking for platonic or want Ayou to fly them in, and then build up your favorites list. I put no pics in my profile and insist on text or email outside the site. If you talk about PPM or sex for $, you can get banned very quickly so always get to chatting outside the site ASAP.

Hosting can be an issue. If you can host, it's 10 X easier since you can just meet nearby and then decide if you want to play. If not, have some day hotel apps / options handy.
