Show of hands who thought this "Bently" post was a "Promotion" or as Slamm has labbeled it "Another Promotion", as I took great pains to clarify it wasn't, or what I thought it would read as: a "Warning".

You know along the lines of different name, different phone number, even web photo file pictures, but same Lady, a "warning" posting I think many of us do pretty much very day, e. G. "Out" or "Identify" a Provider with "History" when they've renamed themselves, picked up a new $30 phone, and had a different photographer take the new pictures. Right?

So I guess I will have to stop taking my girlfriend to dinner as it might be construed as exchange of something of valor for sex. Again I am not a lawyer but in the situation I mentioned there was no expectation or request for sex or for payment for service. She never asked for money and what I gave was voluntarily. Second I do not much about the immigration status of them but they are jumping from one AMP to another and if most of them are illegal then ICE just has to go to any AMP at any time and pick them up. Finally I am going for what Julie told me and knowing her for over three years I have no reason not to believe her. Now I am going to Netflix to watch LA Law and The Good Wife.

Least risky. Club like IR. Can have fun, maybe take out, car date, etc and have very slight chance of having your mug shot taken and posted.

Meeting a KNOWN provider at her residence. Slightly more risky than above but hardly a risk of getting handcuffed with doors locked.

Meeting at a hotel. More risky esp if place is being watched. Less conspicuous for LE to be in a hotel parking lot than on a street near a single family house.

Most risky. An established massage parlor business. If you are inside and the place is raided you may be innocent but still be booked, fingerprinted and photoed for the world to see. Just a PITA to get hauled out. I am more nervous at AMPs than any other venues.

"Lawyers are no smarter than the average Joe?" Hmmm, take the LSAT exam and try getting in the 95 percentile to get into a good law school. IMO most are extremely intelligent.

Whether their fears are warranted or not I do not know but the providers in the Detroit area are often rousted by immigration officials and have learned to be on the move with some regularity. I have little doubt that Florida experiences similar immigration issues.

I could argue why I think it's wrong, but I'm finally going to get down to the brass tax of the matter. Part of the reason I don't worry is because one of my best friends would be running the operation to do these types of busts. Now I've never asked him because I don't really want to hear that I shouldn't be doing it but I think it's time I find out what realistically is the worst place to go with highest chance of getting busted. Certainly IR is definitely the least risky and for me the most fun, so that we will always agree with.
