I never did partake in a back room after all my years going. I did blow some scrips here and there but always got the golden egg on the outside and never there. Then the next day when sober the thought of fuck I just blew a thousand bucks and I could've just gone to the MP and had 5 session with the hotties of my choice. My misconception is that probably that BBBJ at the bar is cleaner than one at the MP but we all know its not true. A MP girl who might be sucking 8 dicks a day compared to a bar girl who does one a night hmmmm. I don't know. There is no incentive for them to establish clientele. For them, it's all about making as much money as quickly as possible and then returning to the "homeland". The "regular" girls can't just sit by watching this, so they start to "catch" the same syndrome (take the money and run. Aka table hop). It is indeed a vicious cycle that can only end with very few K-Bars bars in the Kapiolani area (which has happened already). Kalihi will survive a bit longer. To the young guys who may disagree with the assessments offered, consider that 20 years ago there were almost 100 K-bars in the area. How many are there now?

I am fed up of the BS these BGs pull these days, thinking of quit going to bar for a while.

I spend $180 on a BG the other night, she said after work " you take me home" I waited for her and it turned out someone told me she caught a cab home. What a wasted of my time.

Now I know why bars are so slow. Pepole are fed up, girls are spoiled, too expansive of spending and most time you don't get anything except BS from these princesses.

Another factor I noticed is lot of the bars don't have such great food. Not saying no place has anymore, but I remember when most bars were not only competing on who had the best girls, but also the best food. Before quite a few bar's porkchops could rival side street inn's. Few months ago when I ordered it at green tea, was super dry, not much flavor, and no crisp. Today you lucky if you receive a couple ban-chan with your entree.

Even with the major slow down in bars dummies like me sometimes contribute to their survival. Multiple bottles of champagne getting blind as fuck and having fun. It always hurts the next day though. I agree the food at some establishments aren't the greatest but for pupus they are good enough. Theres always 3-4 hotties in each bar and this is the bait that keeps us horny mongers coming back for more. The big tease. By the way. I'm getting so close on one but so far at the same time. LOL. Wish me lucky buy me drinky.

I've had to many $1 K+ nights at the bars before I just made myself stay away. Even if you do get some tail and pseudo dating is it really worth it?

Have witnessed the following during my decades in the KB:

1. Green grocer businessman spending $600-700 nightly (late '70's); he could afford it.

2. Addict for KBG spends $100 nightly, 360 days / year ('80's).

3. Contractor LVB buys condo for KBG; total of $4 million until he loses family and business; KBG loses condo and cash in Atlantic City.

4. City manager for Ewa Villages spends $2000 nightly, buys bar for KBG ($150,000), BMW sedan, $700,000 Las Vegas on player card; he makes $50,000 salary; currently spending life in prison (embezzled $10-11 million).

5. Son of doctors spends all of parents' assets on KBG; she dumps him for another dummy after he runs out of funds (approx. $2-3 million).

6. Painting contractor LVB amasses $40,000 debt on two credit cards; alcoholic, no can work.

7. And the beat goes on.

Should start a group called KB Addicts Anonymous. It is an addiction. I've been at on and off for over 20 years. I think my lifetime losses are about $40 K, some self respect, and a few regrets. Haven't lost the job or the family yet though. God is forgiving, for now.

Nevertheless. To stick to the thread topic, I find that Kalihi is a much better bargain than in town. I think the girls are more professional there. Still good conversation and chase to be had. Suji Mama has a couple of winners at Club T-Time (FKA Club By Me, London Hub, etc). Nina and Leigh are fun.
