Eco is busy & you usually end up waiting esp if you want Apple or some specific girl, then it might be hours or "try another day. " But they give you a buzzer (like a restaurant) so you can wait in your car. And they're pretty honest if it's going to be hours, they'll say maybe try someone else. RTFF here so you can recognize names of good ones. Or you can "roll the dice" and ask for a lineup (which is what I usually do) and sometimes (not always) you get one, so you can choose your technician. There's usually at least one acceptable choice. Best bet is go at a less busy time, like M-Th 10-3 but not lunch hours. I do that and rarely wait more than 15 minutes.
But just go & TOFTT then report so we can hear your experiences & what other options are good. Posts lately seem mostly questions or fixations on Apple; more info about other options is needed.
