I have wondered myself why there has not been more druggies working the streets here in SD & Socal. We are always hearing about these opoids & other drugs. So it's a bit if mystery why they aren't trying to support their habit. I always liked the druggies. They gave the best service and were less problematic in most cases.

The streets are talking. A veteran, Brandi (Miss southern hospitality) just passed. I've known her for years, she tried so hard to get her act together but ultimately failed.
