The formula used to measure how much you pay for a bone is cost per bone. Apply this to mongering and non mongering relationships. Mongering averages about $$ here on the islands, cost per bone $$. No matter how many times you bone its always $$. In the beginning, cost to bone is a little higher for a pay to play girl compared to a non pay for play girl. The first time I had a Korean bar hostess as a "girlfriend" (years ago), she made sure to point me out to many of her Korean friends and acquaintances. She also made sure to show a photo of us together to her various other Korean friends and acquaintances. That created an army of "Korean spies" all over Honolulu! :eek: She soon started receiving reports from her spies about me being sighted with other women in other bars, which disturbed both her and me.
