It sounds like it was her from your physical description, possibly exhausted and caught in-between appointments. Definitely doesn't sound like a normal experience with her though. Sorry you didn't connect at all.
As someone experienced with AMPs you probably already know that if a girl is as popular as Hailey, coming in without an appointment can lead to a long wait. I know they told you 15 minutes only, but that's a LOL AMP guesstimate. I had an appointment booked with her every single time I've seen her. All 13 times. And already have an appointment booked to see her again next week. And will have one booked after that. I wouldn't think of showing up without an appointment. In all honesty, they should have just sent you away instead of keeping you waiting and getting more frustrated.
As far as them not being busy, I'm sure Lemon, Kitty and Lia (if she's still there) are probably not nearly as busy and were available to you. There are 3-4 girls there every day, and Hailey will always be the busiest of them as she is by far the most popular.
As far as preferential treatment for regulars goes, I had an amazing time with her the very first time I met her. She has several recent reviews from first timers that were all great experiences.
As far as the looks go, it's very subjective. I always say in each one of my reviews looks are YMMV.
Sorry you ended up not having a good time, but as we all know it is YMMV with many variables from both sides. Hope you find someone else you will connect better with. In general, Hailey is the most consistently good and repeatable experience out of all pro girls I've seen. I'll carry the burden of having to spend time with her several times a week, LOL.

I think Hailey is very hot but looks are not what makes her special, its that rare combo of PSE and GFE, and it was there first visit. I got it again with Rita today, can't think of other girls that compare. I've gotten to a GFE place with Vivi but that was not there originally in person, can't wait to get her in person again.
Still, I get grumpy and after a 45 min wait and with a shop full of distractions I'd be very difficult to please. Much better to get the fuck out if my girl is not ready, my attitude is they have who they want and my cooling my heels while they pound another guy never helps.
