These activities can bring you into contact with various criminal elements. Vice has always been the game of gangsters and grifters.
But please don't go into these situations armed. Remember, you have every intention of being au naturel which leaves you very few options in terms of concealment.
I'm not sure of the exact legal ramifications but if you use a firearm. Even in self defense. While you yourself are party to a crime, I'm not so sure you'll find the law on your side.

I vowed if I ever get mugged or beaten up. I will go to the police. There is a large probability that the police, will just give you a warning. I also collect screen shots of the ads, just in case I need it. They are most interested in the other folks. It all depends on the area of course and you could get a ticket, possibly arrested but really doubt it. These sketchy ladies and their friends are banking that you won't go to the police.
