As a rule of thumb, they are pretty easy for the trained eye to spot. The female is usually an older MILF type dressed like a club girl probably staying at the hotel. Casino girls are usually dressed more conservatively.

One thing I've seen is pretty common. They sit at the video poker bars and often times have their cell phone out. They are usually dressed very conservatively, and Seem to "know" the bartenders. Much of the time you will see a $5 bill in the glass in front of them which is known here as a "place holder"
They are usually playing one quarter or credit at a time, and play pretty slowly. A serious player will play the machines loaded and quickly. The Orleans is right on the Tropicana "stroll" and I would assume there to be more SW in there so I can't give good intel on that. It's more of a "local" hangout. As far as the high end casinos, my intel is fairly accurate.

If you do, then you won't need to look for casino girls, they will find you. I think you'll you find someone anyway. If they are playing slowly and glancing around more than they are playing they are working girls.
The easiest way to spot a CG is eye contact. Make eye contact and smile, if they're working they will stare / smile right back at you. If they don't chances are they aren't working. The more time you spend looking for them the more obvious it'll be who is and who isn't.
I don't know that much about the Orleans but I suspect pickings will be slim.

First thing is do most CGs stay within the hotel / casino they are working or say you are stalling at the hotel next door would they be likely to going back there with you?
And what hotels / casinos on the strip would be the best to stay at to find CGs.

You would know that almost any hotel / casino can be hit or miss on any given night. Girls are usually fine with walking to hotel next door or at least taking a cab. I picked up one last trip a couple months ago that latched on me at the Mirage and followed me all the way to Bally's where we struck up a deal and took the free shuttle to my suite at the Rio. I am. Not asking for CG names numbers, but simply a little direction for finding a cougar in Vegas. From my recent travels to chicago I have learned that Redheads is a hot spot for them. I am just asking for a little intel for LV. If I end up dreaming g about a CG then I will figure that part out. And I will be more than happy to post a report after my trip. I am putting this out (instead of PMing) because you are not the only one who has asked about women of the middle age. You can find some good MILF's at the Blue Martini in the Town Square Shopping Centre. Located 2 traffic lights south of Mandalay (heading towards the LV welcome sign or Harley shop).
They offer free shuttle-I don't know the hours, also its a cheap cabbie ride there. I would also advise you to check local shows that cater to an older crowd-like they used to have Rich Little playing downtown. If you find a show that you think the crowd may be a little cougarish, don't go in, hang on the outside and see who is planning on going in. Check if she is with the girls or just another girlfriend.
I used to hang out at the (male) strip club at the Luxor. When the show lets out, they are prime. I used to have a lot of Milfs talk to me. The show leads right out to an escalator (and down to a bar). I never went to the bar, I always caught what was coming out. Best line to say is, How was the show? If she is interested, she will keep the conversation going, if not, no big deal, remember you don't know these women and will probably never see them again, no need to be shy.

That probably means you won't have a good chance to meet any civi's, that takes time. I am guessing you will do the CG thing. Be careful because vegas during the summer really pushes the male hormones because its pool season.
Many visitors have not seen such a sight of women walking around in their bikini's during the day (Mega pool parties have taken over) and when night comes, they basically put on a wrap for the night club. Now you are all worked up and won't be able to think straight. You ordered a steak but they brought you a burger but its okay, you don't complain, its what we call the "bait and switch". These providers are smart, maybe they have degrees in male psychology, they know these men are weak.
I liked what I called the MB to Excal run. I would usually park at MB and walk to the Excal via the Luxor. The best area for me was at the moving sidewalks, I would stare at them and they knew what I was thinking or wanted. Also there is opportunity on the pedestrian bridges. To me, CG's were the best providers, you see what you are getting, take the time to get to know her, when you read how someone had a bad experience, a lot of times is was because there was no chemistry.
Providers will spend time with you (and not really feel for you) because you have something they want. I tell them what I like in a GF and ask what they will not do. I would say the LE test is probably the most important ice breaker, if you can make her feel like you are on the up and up, she will be really friendly. If she doesn't want you to do your "checks", then maybe she is telling you, she is not comfortable with you with her clothes on. You have to gauge the interaction, is touching not allowed until you get to your room? Last rule, clothes match the girl, she takes off her clothes first, then you. I usually have her get down to her undies at least before I start. So many guys have found themselves naked alone. So its girls, won, guys none.
This weekend was pretty busy in Las Vegas. The NCAA tournament, the commencement of spring break, and very nice weather all contributed.

Just finished my first 7-night Vegas trip and saw lots and lots of CGs. Of all my previous trips (7 in all) this was the most lax I've seen security and as a result the sheer number of CGs seemed to be larger. Since most of my stay was over Easter / Good Friday weekend there were the Final Four and National Championship games in addition to a rather large convention at Mandalay so this was not a slow weekend or week. I was able to be picky and had a LOT of fun.
First night (Thursday): Because of a late evening flight, delayed checkin and dinner I did not hit the ground running on the Strip until well after 2 am. Late tours of the Cosmo, Planet Hollywood and Aria casinos yielded 10 CGs that I counted over the course of 4 hours, most were walking around PH or on the PH-Cosmo catwalk. Nine were BCGs (all were on the larger side which isn't my thing) and 1 was a really cute blonde WCG who was the only one I spoke to but even at 4 am she still demanded $$$$ Being that I had just got there and was only interested in a good deal I declined and went to get a sunrise breakfast.
Night 2 (Good Friday): After an afternoon of gambling and drinking at the Stratosphere and then Freemont I slept most of the day and hit the Strip a little earlier (11 pm) and at first did not see anyone out but slowly but surely saw the CGs pop up here and there. Tours of PH, Cosmo, Paris and Ballys from 11 pm to 5 am I saw 6, all black. None were my type (I see someone wearing leopard prints I go the other way LOL).
Nights 3, 4, and 5 (Saturday, Easter Sunday and Monday): On Saturday I watched the two Final Four games at the PH sports book then hit the casino but stayed out only until midnight or so being I did not get my mid-day nap that day. Saw no CGs but did see 3-4 WCGs on Easter Sunday around 11 pm at the Cosmo. One was GORGEOUS brunette who I am pretty sure is a pro with her own website that I recognized. Wanted $$$$$$ for 1 hour. I had reserved hope that she wouldve given me a deal that late but was unreceptive to that idea. I politely said goodbye and went back to gambling. On Monday I watched the Wisconsin-Duke game at the Cosmo sports book then made it over to PH. I got REALLY drunk and don't remember talking to anyone aafter 1am. If I did I am sure I made an ass of myself LOL. But I did remember seeing a few white CGs on the Cosmo-PH catwalk around midnight
Night 6: Switched hotels to the Luxor and immediately that night saw no less than 10 CGs in the strip malls between the Luxor and Mandalay and in Mandalay itself. 8 were BCGs and 2 Latina CGs. I spoke to the first BCG in Mandalay who was as cute as a button but it was too early in the evening (10 pm) but I got her number. An hour later while walking to get something to eat at the strip malls I walked by a 22-year old latina CG named China. Cute with a great body. Quoted $$$ and I got her for $$ for 3 hours in my room. Fun, fun, fun.
Night 7: Last night saw only a handful of CGs at Mandalay but did see a really REALLY hot redheaded WCG who quoted $$$$$$$$ (yes you read that right) at MGM. I politely laughed at her and walked away. After dinner I called up the BCG from the night before who was a 21-year old UNLV student and happened to be in the Luxor at the time. Got her for 2 hours for $$ and even got a good massage out of it. Best way to end the trip.
I've never had any luck at mandalay for some reason glad you did might need to revisit usually cut my search off at luxor. Although there are almost always a couple at the drink bar right at the top of the escalators going from luxor to mandalay bay.
But the hot spot lately as you found out is in the PH-Aria-Cosmo walkways and bridges.

Thanks to the information provided on this forum I finally experienced the CG hunt. Here is my trip summary.
Day 1-.
Checked in at the Palazo around 5. 00 PM on Monday. I was extremely tired after a long flight and went to sleep around 8. 30, woke up around 3. 00 and decided to check the action. I walked around Venetian, the palazo, the mirage and the the wynn. Not sure if Monday is a slow day but I did not see anyone except for some not so good looking Black BCG's hanging out at the Circle bar in Venetian. I did sit down to play blackjack with 2 really drunk girls from Scotland. Both of them were really cute but with my race and lack of Game I really could not go very far. Headed back to bed around 5. 00 Am.
Day 2-.
Much more exciting day compared to Day 1. Started on the hunt around 9. 00 Am. Walked into cosmo aria etc and did not see anyone. Things started getting much better when I walked into planet hollywood. Met 2 cute BCG's as I was walking into the Casino. Both quoted 200 for the hour. I did not want to settle so continued walking, just as I turned around a a guy stopped me and told me that he was observing my interactions and warned me that both of the girls were cops and that I could go to jail. He of course was selling me the whole strip club entry and the massage parlors, thanked him for the warning and took a taxi back to Venetian. I walked through Palazo and the venetian and met a couple of girls. 1 was a stunner, she was sitting at the bar near the casino in Palazzo told me she was a dancer in Spearmint rhino and I believed her based on her looks. She was easily a 9 but kind off skinny for my taste. After the usual chitchat she quoted me 1500 for an hour, would not go into details on what activities were covered. Just told me she would do some intense modelling. She eventually came down to 500 for the hour but I wasn't going to throw away 500 without some great references / reviews.
Day 3-.
Similar walk around on the third day and met a CG who claimed she worked in Sapphire, she quoted me 1500 too and then came down to 500. (What's with all the chick quoting 1500 right off the bat?) Said she might do something quick for 200 like 20 minutes. I laughed and headed back to Venetian. Met logan at circle bar, another guy was talking to her so as soon as he left I plopped down next to her. We negotiated 250 but I had the feeling that she might not be open to BBBJ. I got her number and told her I will text her back (PM me for her number). While walking back to Plazzo I saw a couple of the girls hanging out at the Bourbon bar so decided to try my luck there. Met a really cute mixed girl, I am not usually attracted to mixed girls but this girl was gorgeous spinner. Think her name was Nina, she tag teams with a blonde spinner, told me she works as a dancer. So this one would not commit to a number and wanted to come with her blonde friend to the room. She kept saying money wasn; t important and all she wanted to do was to hangout and have fun. I wasn't getting the right vibe and thought it might be a setup. I mostly stayed at PH for the entire trip so my comments are only about that property. That being said, I just didn't notice anything more than a couple of girls that really stood out to me as pros. I went by the Heart Bar at about 1 AM both nights and only men were there. I hit the walkway right after and saw a girl standing, but in the entrance to the walkway there was the crazy guy threatening everyone so no one crossed the bridge heh.
To be honest, I thought it would be much warmer but a cold front moved in and dropped the temps down to the low 60's with wind. I just didn't have the clothes to be walking up and down the Strip for long periods of time.
South end of the strip between Bally's / Bellagio and the MGM has been the prime area I've observed. Especially the Cosmo / Aria / PH area. MBay has always been light on CG because there is little foot traffic there, being on the far south end. If you're looking for "cheap" then head north to the area of Flamingo / Harrah's / Linq. You'll find "lower" grade and lower price.

Keep in mind folks, multiple hour sessions or even multiple pops from a CG are not the norm. They are looking to get finished so they can get back to the casino and find more customers. I'm usually happy if they simply don't rush.
