Expedia was where I first noticed them. I would not mind so much if the hotels did not appear to be trying to hide them as some folks have claimed. I have read on some blogs that the charges appeared on credit card statements after they had checked out and they were not told about them.

And not even limited to the high end joints. Even hotels like sahara, riveria and circus circus charge fees. But the worst has to be palace station. At 15 bucks, it's usually 1/2 the cost of the room. Hooters charges 7.50, but they price their rooms pretty low. Here's a link which list every hotel and their corresponding resort fee.

Yea, here is what the MGM 'offers' with it's resort fee:

Daily high speed internet access - probably the only thing I would use

Daily newspaper available at Front Page newsstand - I don't come to Vegas to read the paper in the morning.

$15 per stay beverage credit (applicable at all bars) - OK, I'll drink them

Complimentary printing of boarding passes at the business center or concierge - have no need for these services

Complimentary business center services (notary, faxes and copies, limited) - have no need for these services

Unlimited local and toll-free calls - WTF, with a cell phone, who uses the hotel phone.

Just thrown in the internet service and raise the room rate $10.00 per day and I am fine with that. Just don't try and include a fee for extra 'services' that I will neve use.

Are there still CGs in the Nugget? At the bar near the poker room? I didn't see any on my last couple of visits there (ranging in time from 1100pm to 300am). I saw a ton of SW/CGs walking on Freemont, but not the usual collection playing video poker at the bar. Did they get stricter after opening up the new tower?

What, exactly, is a "Casino girl"?

A street walker who chooses to do her strolling inside casino? Pimp controlled? More expensive than average SW? Do they have rooms of their own they'll take you too?

Just curious as to this category, as it is not a term I was familiar with before?

Any details or descriptions much appreciated.

Went to the Nuggest twice on my last trip, on a Wed and Fri, saw nothing either time.

I gotta agree. Golden Nugget has not been the best in meeting providers. I don't know if it's because of security or the remodeling they just completed. I used to stay there all the time, but now book at the MGM. I little more expensive but a heck of a lot easier of finding what you're looking for.

Some are agency girls who troll the casinos and bars between their agency 'dates'. Some are just indys or CL and BP girls. Some are crooks who will rip you off and steal what they can from your room if you give them the opportunity.

The common thread is that they will all quote you a ridiculously high fee to begin with but will usually come down to earth with their quotes when they see you walk away from them.

Read through the topic and you will get your answer and some good advice on how to deal with them.

But Nugget used to have some diamonds in the rough once in a while. That and it was easy to take them for a car date with the hotel/garage layout (I usually have a room mate which makes it difficult at times.).

Too bad, I wonder if they moved to another Downtown bar (Vegas Club, 4Queens, El Cortez?)

There were at least 3 BCG working in Planet H last night. Strolled off the elevator for the blackjack tables and 2 of them were right there at the slots and chatting it up. Third was back where the escalator goes down to the buffet. All were very hot and slender. This was about 11pm.

I was in LV last week and spent one night hanging out at PH, also noticed some BCG and WCG around. Good news since last trip about a month ago there did not appear to be any action at PH.

It has been a while since I have made a post, but I have been to Vegas a few times since then. A couple of time I did do the CG routine once or twice per trip, but there was nothing really different than any of my earlier posts. My last trip however. Well, that is a different story.

The first two nights I did my normal stroll around the south strip area. Walking between (and around inside) the Luxor, Excalibur, NYNY, and MGM. Each of those nights I ended up with a CG.

Night one: "Renee" I would guess about 22-23yo. I met her in the Excalibur and she wanted $3 at first but ended up going for 150. Basic BJ, and couple of positions but nothing too memorable but it was a good time.

Night two: "Lexxus" I met while walking around the NYNY by the "Bar at Times Square" at the slot machines there. I'd guess she was about 23-25. We ended up taking her car back to Excalibur, and went to the room. She was quite the hottie and was really into it. CBJ, and multiple positions. She made me do her a second time (that's unusual.) before leaving. We talked for a while afterwards as well and I walked her back to her car. She has her own business cards made up "Always On Top Entertainment" with her picture and number. She also settled for 150 (of course agreed upon at NYNY before driving back to Excal.) I may call her the next time I am in town.

Night three: Wow, I don't know where to start.

I was about to give up for the night. I was getting tired and had walked around NYNY and Luxor and was doing a final "lap" around the Excal when I ran into two girls. One of them named "Lindsey". I would say Lindsey was 22 at most. After discussing for a few minutes Lindsey agreed to 150 so we started walking to the room. As we got to the last slots before the tower elevators she wanted to sit down and smoke quickly. I was getting tired, but said OK. Thirty minutes later after hearing her life story we were finally on the way up to the room.

We got into the room, and she didn't even wait to see the money. She just dropped her clothes and said "I'm horny and want to f*ck now"so we went to town, in front of the window per her request for a bit (28th floor and overlooking street so OK) After a bit we finish and instead of her cleaning up and leaving like normal she told me her life story again. After that she wanted to f*ck another two or three times. I had an early flight out and was getting really tired so after that tried to get her to leave. I gave her the 150 but she kept talking. While she was giving me her number (she was writing it down) it took her about 30 minutes to complete since she kept talking then as well. Finally after she got about the 3rd or 4th call from the other girl she was originally with, said she had to go, and would I walk her downstairs. So, I did. We got down to the base of the tower and she put her purse in front of her face when she saw a guy sitting at a slot and grabbed me and pulled me away from his direction. She said it was her ex who was jealous, etc. Needless to say my heart was pounding! He didn't seem to notice her but she kept looking back to see if he was following. I was on full alert, glad I was in a casino with a lot of security. We finally got to the front of the Excal where the cabs were and she met the other girl and took off in a cab. I wandered around for a few minutes downstairs trying to locate that guy to avoid him, but I didn't see him again and security was at the elevators. So I went upstairs and pretty much packed and left for the airport. That as of now is my craziest Vegas CG experience! I would estimate that she was in my room for 3 or 4 hours that night.

Sounds like a fun trip.

1.5 each is a great deal. You must be either really good looking or a great negotiator. Never got that low on a consistent basis.

I've got the negotiation steps down now. I used to settle at $2 but realized that 50% of the time I could get them to $1. 5. I'll do $2 though if they are pretty hot and seem to have a decent personality. ($2 is generally, but not always as low as they'll go at NYNY, MGM or Luxor) but at Excal, Trop or walking between them all, $1. 5 generally works.

What works for me is this type of conversation: (works at bar, or if she sits next to me while playing slots, or if I walk up and sit next to her playing slots)

Me: Hi, how are you

CG: Good, you?

Me\CG. Typical conversation for a minute

CG. (Usually says something about) So are you winning?

Me: I can't get lucky to save my life today

CG. "Who are you here with", "Do you have your own room", "want to go upstairs"etc

Me: Yeah, I'd love to go with you but I can't

CG: Why not?

Me: I've already been here for x days (usually say 3-4) and only have $1. 5 I can spend. I can do that if you can.

CG: Can you do $2

Me: No, sorry I'm leaving in two days and have to make this money last

CG: (50/50) OK, I guess we can do that.

Me: (important step!). And that is for everything? (I got burned once by not verifying)

CG: yes. (then away we go.)

My other conversation is if I get caught staring a CG down that I realize is not one I would want to do anything with is:

Me: I would, but my buddies are still all over the casino and I can't do this while they are still around.

That way it is a polite way of thanks, but no thanks.
