Also, near Flavel there is a "woman" walking around calling herself "Syeed" or "Sideya" or some name like that. From a distance she looks like an older attractive woman from Guatemala, however I have questions about "her" true gender. "She" also had an odor of "fresh shit" so that ended that dilemma quite quickly. "She" also has a distinctive hook nose that is shaped like a parakeet's. Be warned.
There was a news story a few days ago about taxi drivers refusing to give passengers rides. I assure you, many times these refusals are justified.

Yet there is another story in the news today which is attempting to lead people to (falsely) believe that Portland is becoming a western version Bangkok. I am really getting a lot of fatigue listening to and reading these false reports. I have heard that the average age of women on the streets is 15 which is simply not true. Half of the women are OLD. Therefore, basic math tells you that the average age can't be 15!
These news outlets are exploiting a false situation and trying to sell newspapers and looking for ratings!

I signed-up for usasexguide just to enlarge some of your photographic efforts. As you know, some of them I could have probably done without, but there is something about 'visuals' in such atmosphere which cannot be matched by mere print.
Just want you to know that people are gaining something (a sense of increased familiarity?) from your much appreciated efforts.

the papers and all the bad press we get for being worse than thailand for **** girls seems unreal. come on folks. get a life. talk to some of us who cruise the streets. i have not seen an **** girl or picked up one. i am sure a few are out there. but 400 plus. give me a break. the odds are against it. did they get actual names and addresses. i would be interested to talk to the cops who patrol 82nd and actually ask them. as we all know. its all hype. if it was true. people would not spend money going to thailand, instead they would come to portland. do not blame cl or bp for anything like this. before that. these ads were int he oregonian and phone books.

Ponch and jon were out today in force. It was CHiPs central. Not sure what was up on 82. But my god. Every block there was a car pulled over with a motorcycle behind it. I did see a few working girls but they were the haggard ones and thbey were standing back.

It is hard to believe when they are swarming like that, pulling over anything and everyone who moves, that it is a product of any sort of bonafide police work. I mean, are they pulling people over because they are sweeping to make quota, or is each of those people happen to be doing something different wrong? I can see if they are doing crosswalk stings, seat-belt checks, or people yapping on cell phones. True and false things like that. But to pull everyone over just because?
I have been pulled over some years ago in a swarm like that on one of the non-strolls. From start to finish the cop was almost apologetic that he had pulled me over.
But I love days that go like that. Usually the pulling over is concentrated on a stretch of one or two intersecting streets leaving other strolls under-patrolled. The passengers see what is going on and are smart and move to the nearest stroll and so do the taxis.

After giving her a ride, I quickly detected a non-feminine vibe. I always choose to err on the side of caution so I quickly let her out. I'm not sure if she's a she or not, I just don't want to take the chance. Be safe.

She is the one who grabs her own hair on her head and starts pulling it out and claims that she is going to call the police and report a rape unless you pay her ransom. This woman is a known criminal who is apparently involved with other criminal schemes. VERY DANGEROUS PERSON!
It was on Tuesday that I saw what seemed like every motorcycle cop Portland owns on the road. They were from division or so clear to sandy. I saw all kinds of nice cars of regular folks. Even nice looking lady drivers. It is an travesty to bug and harass the people who are only going home or to work, Come on Assholes. Go get some really bad guys or are you just chicken. Where are you in dealing with the meth dealers, drug dealers and such. So much for police action. They do not go get them as they cannot pay a fine like a working person can. I saw several nice ladies pulled over with an astonished look on one girls face. She was the soccer mom. I was wondering what she was doing there. Picking up Hookers? LOL Just wish the police would do something good and get the dam thief and crooks around and leave the others alone.
Also. On 82, I did see one older girl, Never picked her up but she had been out there for a good 13 years. I also did not see anything this morning. Rats. I am not out as much as I used to. But also have a nice collection of college girls who like some help.
