"A federal judge upheld a USA patent for Pfizer Inc. 's blockbuster anti-impotence pill Viagra, preserving Pfizer's market exclusivity on the drug into 2019.

USA Judge Rebecca Beach Smith ruled in federal court in Norfolk, Va, that Teva Pharmaceutical Industries Ltd. 's proposed generic version of Viagra would infringe a Pfizer patent for the drug, and that the patent is valid and enforceable.

The 2019 patent covers the use of Viagra's active ingredient, sildenafil, to treat erectile dysfunction. An earlier patent, covering the basic compound, is due to expire next year; Teva didn't challenge that patent."[/QUOTE]For the info. I don't know how I missed that.

I don't get why adult women don't just go to the cops if they end up in these situations. If I ever met a woman who was in it against her will, I'd offer her a call or ride to PD HQ. This kind of thing is an example of why legalization and regulation is the way to go. In a regulated industry this guy would have been popped early for operating without a license and his shady ways could have been discovered. It's odd how so many citizens clamor to emulate European health care and gun laws, but even most Lefties balk at legalizing prostitution. It's been going on for thousands of years, it's not going to stop.

Strip club manager charged with allowing alcohol with nudity.

TAMPA.

A strip club manager and several dancers were arrested Sunday after undercover police found violations of a Tampa ordinance that prevents nudity at places that sell alcohol.

The arrests were made at Hollywood Nights. 3003 N. Howard Ave.

The club's 45-year-old manager, Isaac O. Elder III, was charged with allowing nudity on the premises where alcohol is served. The dancers were arrested on similar charges.

Law enforcement, court employees, certain federal and state government employees, protected witnesses to name a few.

I suppose you could look for her husband's address then go ask him where she works.

Don't know why they posted her picture. The applicable statute that I referenced is 119. 071 (4) and pictures are also exempt from the public records statutes.

In this case, it appears that she may be married to an exempt person and the person who she is married to falls under the exemption. In other words, he could be identified by her address being published.
