But it was asked once and she was smoking hot so I figured it was worth mentioning as the high end. I usually only bring 300 with me and I walk out with 40-120. It varies. Negotiations havent been that crazy i think most have asked me for 180-200 but since they're touring (many are just trying to get a feel for the bay area) and they find they don't like it much since it's not as many rich dumb tech bros coming to see them. a good number of pearl visitors are saavy veterans so they can stay where they usually live and pay a cheaper house fee and service fee and have a similar take home, or so it seems.
