She doesn't always know when she hires a "dud" though, so she really needs to hear it from us. She is approachable, and easy to reach by phone too.

I'm not posting specifics.

I had that discussion with one of the MTs and she said some people would short on tips and she didn't appreciate that. She didn't know how to react to that with that client so she takes that out on the next one. Anyways, if my service is depending on who went before me. I'm not sure I like my odds!

Over the past few weeks had mixed results. Mostly poor. At generally decent places. Sunset had a self-finish situation. Crazy because they are usually cooperative. What do you tip when you do all the work? Then Anna's UTR. Had a new mongoloid looking gal with nice rack. Until the rushed handshake when I discovered more padding than rackage. Finally tried one of the craigslist office massage girls in Gurnee. Not expecting any happy, however think there might be potential. Used to be Sunset was perfect, Anna's was great, new Green in lake villa was nice, now it's just a crap shoot.

If anyone can recommend a place or person that's consistently good massage & leaves you happy, I'd appreciate it!

I never self service. If you do all the work like that then you should tip for massage only in my opinion.

Throw Chinese Bodywork onto the Crap Shoot list. Yesterday's visit (with Lisa) was OK, nothing amazing but satisfactory. However my visit last month was not; that visit had no ending, SS or otherwise. In those situations I just tip what I might tip at a normal "legit" place, 15-25 depending on quality of the massage and how much effort was put into it.
