I guess I am cheaper than you guys. I usually give give $10 tip if no HE. Unless it was a truly amazing massage, in which case I might go up to $15. I would do $20 only if it was amazing, and it was 90 min instead of 1 hour.

For a standard massage (60 dollars and hour); a 10 dollar tip is 17%, a 20 dollar tip is 33%. Thus a 10 - 15 dollar tip is fine, based on the value of the service. I agree with comments that HE should be the precedent for a larger tip.
