As soon as they take your money and snort it up their nose or shoot it in a vein, they forget about any obligation or promise they had or made to you. When it comes to this, a word to the wise; buy now, pay later does not apply. For what it's worth I don't know that it's realistic to expect a provider to remember a promise like that. By the time you get around asking for them to fulfill it they probably bounced on 50 other dicks. It is on you to know what you are getting into before you ever arrive. Keep that stuff wrapped up, and be safe grasshopper.

Having said that, I have had a number of gals make good later. You get a sense of who you can trust and who you can't. There are two gals I see now who apologized and stepped up later. Stuff happens.
