Crossed the border on Christmas evening (Thursday). PedEast was pretty empty but still kinda slow with only one agent each for Mexicans and Foreigners. Was strict on passports.
Things were pretty dead, HK did have the usual ladies from skinny to thick. For those who travel and stay 3-5+ nights in TJ its good to have a guide to be budget wise on your trip. Overall, the biggest points are to limit the lady drinks you buy and find entertaining things to do outside of being in the clubs. Another good idea is to only take girls from the related club to the hotel you stay at. The Chicago club hotel isn't great, but you can "crash" sleep there a couple hours then get more rest the next night at Cascades or Rizo. You can often check in early at both places.
Most women in TJ won't charge much more for multi hours or an overnight than for the 30-60 minutes session. For example, $120 for up to an hour vs $300 for an overnight. So it could be cheaper to stay a night with one women than a night in the club with 2-3 plus drinks and tips.
Having some entertaining activities helps too. If your at Rizo or Cascades hotels you can watch porn in the room. Sitting on Rizo balcony and watching HK girls go into work or customers walk back with girls can be fun. Rio also has a bar in hotel where you can see the guys come back with girls. There is a bar with a balcony where you can see both constitution & ally girls.
You can walk around & check out the street girls. It is definately possible to pick up. The bar girls outside of actually going into the clubs. Some will give out numbers instantly even without buying a lady drink. I prefer to get a phone number or other form of contact rather than trying to negotiate over multiple lady drinks. Now that they have completed renovations at Rizo, prices seem to be the same between both hotels, and IMO are far more expensive than they need to be. I'm sure this probably has alot to do with a captive audience, and little competition with Jalos being a shithole and Adelitas / Coahuila being closed (AFAIK they haven't reopened yet).
I partake in both the club girls & paraditas, I know Monday I can get a decent discount using the VIP card, but at $70-80 night (more if I want a jacuzzi room), its almost becoming not worth it. However, if I want to partake in a club girl from Tropical, HK or Chavelas. Paying for a short stay room also becomes costly. So I'll probably stay at Rizo unless someone has any advice on cheaper hotels in the Zona with decent accomodations. I won't stay anywhere like Jalos. I need to have at least a TV, working climate controls & wifi.

That said you can still negotiate, $120 no problem most likely especially if you speak spanish, $100 though, I'm not saying its not possible but you are going to be kicking a couple girls to the curb first before you can get $100, at least Fri / Sat night, off times like Sunday / Monday afternoon should be no problem tho for $100. For pesos, at least in HK the girls honestly just prefer dollars but I don't see you getting under 2000 mxn at HK, especially with a less favorable 17 to 1 exchange rate currently.
Tropical girls may still throw out $150 but they will cave to $100 instantly, vs HK where some girls will just not even negotiate for under $150 at all and walk away with nothing rather than go below that amount. Chicago is kinda the same as Trop, you _can_ get the odd $80 girl but I don't believe it will be any of their prime talent, maybe an older MILF no one has ficha'ed all day.
The VIP is still a good deal but its 3 months now (used to be 6 months not sure if it was like that in 2023 or if it changed later), not sure where you got that you'd pay $70-80 with the VIP card on Monday, its a better deal than that unless you are talking about the most expensive rooms. A cascadas jacuzzi room is $120 on Monday normally and with the VIP card you get 70% off of that on top.
As for hotel recommendations. Well. Depends on what you're looking to do. These are the brothel hotels, I can give you other recommendations but you won't be able to take any club girls there without paying a $300 salida (exit fee, and its $330 at HK / Tropical). Normally you can skip the exit fee by getting a girls number and arranging to meet her on a day off or before her shift but not sure you can swing that in a few days as you're not a tj / socal local, she may tell you 'sure, I can see you next week' or something which obv won't work. But otherwise its a bit out of the zona but Grand Hotel is very nice, and decently priced and definitely chica friendly. Otherwise closer to the action ticuan on revolucion is ok, at least as nice to sleep in as rizo for sure and also chica friendyl. Same deal with grand one plaza (not to be confused with the grand) which is closest to the zona, its nice, not a shithole but not luxury either. Otherwise no other hotels within in the zona are going to be that nice, inside of the red light area something like rizo / cascadas is as good as you'll get in terms of quality (vs value).
Street girls are still all over the place with an upward move to around 500 mxn to start and negotiating from there, unlike HK girls definitely just only use pesos with paraditas, with dollar the gringo pricing is quite hard with them and they'll ask you for $50+ if you pay USD vs HK girls who'll just whip out their phones and type "$120 to MXN" (or $150) if you pay with peso anyways, no real difference there.
None of the top agencies unfortunately send girls to the zona. That said on telegram, plenty of independent girls will go but most all the big agencies have an agency wide policy of no zona. I know that good girls, and sweet girls will send _some_ girls to the zona, it will depend on the girl. These agencies tho can suffer from reliability issues, they can have good talent but not the reliability of an org like musas (which had a bit of internal struggle and split into 2, musas and cuties tj). I think realistically you'll need to up the budget a little. Or just skip HK entirely and do Chicago / Tropical. HK is nuts now, some girls walk away from even $1 below $150, some crazy ones ask $200 even, wine scams are still prevalent (girl trying to order a $30 wine as her ficha without asking), but. As much as I hate the HK org, they still have the highest concentration of top talent for sure.
Lastly for 'top' agencies, a bunch of new players came around. Private agencies are huge but in a short term time you're there dunno if you can work it out. Private agencies mostly operate entirely on telegram with no web sites but right now absolutely have top top tier talent. Entire rosters of nothing but 18-24 year olds who would be 9's easily at HK. Also prices are not bad at all because they operate on a different model. The traditional agencies would take a cut of the girls' rate so girls' would up their price to compensite, if a girl wanted to make $120, she may list herself with the agency at $150 to make up for the booker's cut (or more depending on the cut). In the private groups you pay one time fee usually around $75-100 to enter the group but after that you are a member for life and are given the direct phone numbers of the girls in the private chats. So you book with girls direct and every penny goes to the girls, no booker cut. So that same girl asking $150 or $160 on a traditional agency would just ask $100 or $120 in the private groups.
I'll be honest, I've been hit up a bit in the past on here about guys wanting details on the agencies (one has identical twin sisters who do lesbian stuff together!) but I'm just too lazy to walk someone through it, but honestly its not hard. These groups are 'private' only bc you have to pay to enter, they are not 'secret' or difficult to enter. The groups advertise on the various tj telegram chats all the time and if you ask around you'll join fast enough. Made a trip across the border and did a few hours in zona norte.
I started out by picking a girl out of a doorway across from Hong Kong. Typical service where everything was an upsell and everything was mechanical. Street girls rarely surprise with great service. This is especially true of the spas that have guys shilling for them in San Diego. (No. They are not 20 yo with natural D cups and big booties. Don't believe everything you read).
In TJ you're in a different atmosphere entirely. For one it's basically legal, so that's not a concern, and you're in a strip club and drinking and partying all night, and you get to shop around a lot for the girl you want.
That said, yes I do think it is less competitive price-wise than it was before the pandemic. 6 years ago you could go and have whatever girl you wanted for $100 or less, and the hotel fees and girl drinks were half the cost too. The club / hotel in particular have been aggressively raising their prices. The chicas too, but imo it's the management that is most culpable for the overall cost going up.
Like anything, it's a supply an demand thing. Adelita's closing was terrible for us (as mongers) because that was the biggest competition for HK. HK is still busy, so I'm sure they will keep creeping prices up until they are not, and find that sweet spot.
Is TJ less compelling than it was before? Probably. But then again the AMP rates are way up too.
Appreciate the reply, I undercut the bitches all the time I never pay more then 150 total for AMP's and I've been getting some really good looking ones with great service lately. Still very interested in TJ though, how as the independent girls or walkers? Always best just to do the clubs? Cheers.

In TJ you're in a different atmosphere entirely. For one it's basically legal, so that's not a concern, and you're in a strip club and drinking and partying all night, and you get to shop around a lot for the girl you want.
That said, yes I do think it is less competitive price-wise than it was before the pandemic. 6 years ago you could go and have whatever girl you wanted for $100 or less, and the hotel fees and girl drinks were half the cost too. The club / hotel in particular have been aggressively raising their prices. The chicas too, but imo it's the management that is most culpable for the overall cost going up.

I was in Tijuana over the weekend to watch the AFC and NFC Championship games. As usual its a good venue to see a major sports event.
The quantity of the girls is definitely down, and I would say the quality is too. There's still lots of attractive women, but the absolute jaw-dropping stunners is lower & also the meh type women are more.
During the AFC Championship game I had my eye on two that 1 guy took both moments before I was about to approach one.
I don't think January is a good time to go, trips in recent years have been between April and September. Even at 2/3 pm there were barley 25-30 girls at HK. Later at night there were much more, but then that's also when its crowded and you can barely move around.

My last trip to TJ was great the only downside was trying to communicate with girls who spoke little english. If anyone has a reliable provider there who speaks English that would be great.
