Very clever, another thing you might want to keep in mind should you get stopped is to carry a copy of the real estate ads for the areas you are hunting and tell LE that you are considering buying into the area and are scouting out the hood before lining up a real estate agent. If a SW is with you, you can always say you asked her for diections and had questions about the area and she agreed to help. It's a little thin, but might help. Carry several copies of AA and NA intergroup directories of meetings.
Give them out on an as needed basis but if and when stopped by LE, one can say use true 12 step program activities for the reason you are there -
A recovering addict / alcoholic is obliged to help the addict/alcholic (so you hand out the meeting guides (in your glove box with your registratrion) and as reinforcement for you not to use drugs or alcohol again as in "am seeing where I dont want to go back to". Of course this precludes drinking or using drugs when mongering.

In one occasion, I told the seargent that I was trying to get to I-95, he politely gave me directions, and I politely left the area. We both understood each other well.

Alibi is good, but midnight mongering is obvious. Do you need alibi? do SWs have alibi? No matter how hard you try, there are those days when you run into each LE vehicle in town, and days when you do not cross the path of any.

I did still have one nagging question that I have wondered. When it comes to the Sexual Offenders Registry, while we would all agree that it should only be limited to violent crime (rape, anything related to children, ect), it is my understanding that Johns can get put on there too.

First, is my understanding correct that if a monger is caught in the act, he can get on the list? Second, if so, how often is it that first time offending Johns get on the list? Or is it more for repeat offenders? I was curious as to how much that should be in the back of my mind now or worry more about that down the road if I am caught.

It depends on the State, I know it vaeries from state to state. I remember when there was the little girl missing in Florida that people complain there were to many people on list there and it made it much harder to find perp. But it is a very good question.

Was doing the loop this afternoon around 3PM, made one pass up Wilkens, all the way down S. Carey to Washington Blvd. Saw one red head at the end of S. Carey talking to some dude thru the passenger window, some people never learn.

Made the loop back up to Wilkens and Patty was walking up towards Brunswick, had black/gray shirt on and black skirt. She has really dark hair now, said her birthday was in May and just turned 30 years old.

As far as SW's go: In Maryland the victim would have to be someone who hasn't reached their 18th birthday at the time of the offense to put a monger on the sex offender registry.

I tried to find reference in the Maryland regulations to [b]Loitering to Solicity Prostitution[/b] but all I found was some reference in LexisNexis to Loitering to Sell Drugs in Drug Free Zones.

Other states enacted codes to the effect:

(D) Knowledge by an officer that the person is a known participant in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses; and

(E) Knowledge by an officer that any vehicle involved in the observed circumstances is registered to a known participant in prostitution or prostitution-related offenses, or a person for whom there is an outstanding arrest warrant for a crime involving prostitution or prostitution-related offenses.

Earlier posts about alibi were an indirect discussion of the above. While such regulations may deter many mongers, they are the hardest to enforce, and even harder to convict. Notice language regarding "warning" and "order to disperse."

These regulations are mostly enforced in Prositution Free Zones (PFZ), and that requires postings and a whole legal tar pit, however, keep in mind the camera situation in Pigtown and other areas which are known for prostitution.

I had posted a few older pictues of dancers in the club section, and the general consensus was that eventhough they werent knew or relevant to current mongering needs they were appreciated. As some of my mongers were SW's, not dancers, I am posting a few of those pics here. I have noticed many mongers picking up SWs at the Payson-Wilkens intersection, so I would advice against excessive traffic in that area. I would also like to stress that the Washington-Carey intersection should be avoided for the same reason.

SA loop is not a reliable destination, but yo will find mostly 40+ age SW there.

Patapsco remains a popular destination, very good finds from now and then, but LE becoming more agressive.

Brooklyn is a hit or miss, but you will find reliable and above average cell phone ready providers.

East Side is a place I avoid because of negative reports and other drama I read about, but offers a wide range of choices.

Finally, here is a WW map with routes and new names for the places of interest. Notice the routes in the highlighted green rectangle (ground zero) are planned to allow mongers to pass each key point more than once from low traffic direction, give him multiple options to turn away form LE or toward SW safe pickup spots, and allow visibility of next point-of-interest. (experience while serving in Iraq).

There were several worthy scoops available yesterday at about 6:00 PM in B/CB.

The best looking was at Pontiac and 3rd, a cute BSW with a long wig, nice clothes, and good body. I couldn't tell for sure, but this might have been Chrisma, though I had never before seen her in a long wig. I've always liked Chrisma's personality and looks, but her pipe cleaning skills have been marginal. I passed.

This report is a little old week or two just have been to busy to post it but have some now so figured I would throw it on. I was on Harford Rd. looking to see who was out to play thought I had struck out when I ran into Jen standing at the bus stop on the corner where CVS is. I comissioned the services of Jenna earlier in the week, WSW, laTE 20s, 5-6, 140 lb. Overall rating on SW scale is 7/10. Body 8/10, face 6/10, attitude 9/10. No drug signs, performance 8/10. Jenna was walking S. Carey st. by the bridge. I do not like to pick up SWs in that area because of the blind spots from both directions, so I had to wait until she reached a safer pickup location. I managed to take a photo of her before she got in.

Subzero is right, and further I have noticed Uncle LEO parked on Payson on more than one occasion.

Saturday night there was a lot of LEO movement and someone was getting arrest off of WIlken near Catherine. Pick up a kind of SW name Tammy, white T-shirt with the pigtail off of WIlken. She looks like she pregnant but told me she is just fat. She did a lousy BJ and decided to stop in the middle of the section and said she done. I said you are not done and either you continue or get the f out of my car. She want me to take her back and threaten to use her cell phone to call the cop. I got really mad and almost break her cell phone. OPen the passenger door and kick her repeatedly trying to push her out. She grapped my cell phone. It is my fault since I should hide it. I fight it back and she open the door and scream for help. All in all, I have to take her home because I don't want the trouble. In my younger day, she would not get off this easy but because I decide 20 dollars is not worth the risk. I know I did many wrong things tonight so fellow mongers let me know what I did wrong. Please stay away from her. I also want to ask how to get SWs out of your car and how to respond when they threaten to call the cop.

Short of an ejection seat, it is hard to get a pig-tailed fat chick out of your car. We all discovered this phenomena in high school, it has something to do with physics.

Only part you did wrong is when you got physical with her. The part you did right is post about her (use ripoff report section next time)

Rule number 2 is to be away from her neighborhood for the act. These rules give you a little advantage when things degenerate. Never worry about any money you gave her, it is gone. Sometimes you get nothing in return.

Once a SW says she is done, she is done. No amount of coaxing will get her to finish properly. Never push her to finish because she has teeth, and maybe other weapons that you don't see. Next time be very nice and thank her for trying. Start to take her home but stop at a gas station or 7-11 for a soda, offer to buy one for her, and tell her you need her to come in with you. Back into the parking space. Once you are both out of the car use your power locks to lock all doors. Maybe walk into the store with her. Then reenter your car with a single click (or the key) to open only the driver door. Then leave her sorry ass and drive away.

Was very generous with a complete hag but was extremely over due, so she started with this lame BBJ that was doing absolutely nothing for me. Kept complaining about being hot so I'm like didn't you know it was hot when you walked outside this morning so she says for me to put the air on. I put it on then she starts complaining about my steering wheel was hitting her head so instead of arguing with her I'm like look you either have two options give me my donation back or you walk ten miles back? She decides to get out very cooperative, very surprised I must say. Its no point of arguing with a SW like horsetrader said only one of two bad outcomes will happen.

Thank you for this piece of advice. I was mad at myself for not keeping my cool. I want to leave her behind so bad. I will keep the "not paying first" rule at heart and especially to SW I do not know before. And you are right, sometime we got to let the 20 dollars go. I do so want to punch her in the face though.

One could find out what bando she sleeps in, shoots dope in etcetera and then call it into Uncle LEO as a continuing crime scene.
