It's been awhile since I have had the chance to parlay on the double A. Did a run around 3 ish just to see, then to have some fun between 7 and 8 pm. I have rarely seen 99 so busy with the ladies so brazen, even in the rain. It was 50 degrees and there were ladies out in the equivalent of one piece bathing suits. Quality and type across the spectrum. Big girls, skinny girls, short and tall, Black, White and Hispanic. Competition was pretty high, every time I saw someone my preference, they were scooped up quickly and right on the main road. Any ideas on how to better determine if she's LEO?
This is strictly my opinion here, it will be nice to get other opinions as well.
I think one of the only two ways to know is to park and watch the scene for a while. That's tough when you see a hot young thing standing out there in a supermodel minidress. But if you stop and watch her, you'll see how she expects you to approach her. Does she want you stop directly in front of her right on AA or will she walk down the block a bit? When guys do stop, does she come to the window? You'll know then that she's all about the rate. And finally, does she direct guys up the street where they will be surrounded by police cruisers? That's the only way to know. Just park and watch.
The only other way I can think of is that when she approaches your window, does she immediately talk services in exchange for money? If so, that's a classic sign of a sting. Most of the girls, in my experience, will come up and mention a rate but not services. If you agree to the rate, they'll usually get in. I say usually, but not always. If I were you I'd still just drive away if she starts talking service. You'll probably miss-out on a lot, but she and her stupid pimp need to learn that lesson. But in any case, money combined with service will get ya busted. The lines have been blurred out there lately and girls don't seem to care about this. Well, let her stand in the rain all night not making anything, that's on her.

The fact that she asked if you want a date is a pretty good sign she is not a cop. They are careful not to entrap you, which will get the whole case thrown out. Decoys will say something like, "Can I help you?" Either way never talk money, in code or otherwise. It is not illegal to ask for sex it is illegal to pay for sex. If you don't talk money, even if you get arrested, the the won't prosecute. Talk money once they arw in your car and you are driving. You have to be willing to walk away. That is what gets most guys, they can't just walk away and then they something that gets them in trouble.

Police are allowed limited sexual contact "cop check" so do not while they are not in the vehicle do this.
Preferably allow them to begin the items mentioned above.
Police decoys will not enter your vehicle as the greatest rule of losing control.
It's not a capital crimes or major sting like drug trafficking.
Minimize cruising at all times. Listens every plate readers are becoming cheaper. So consider a dirty plate to assist but not obviously altered.

Yes this has been a growing problem in recent years. Most of the LA girls do this. There has been a influx of LA girls in San Diego and they insist on giving a price & service before getting in. These girls are much more careless than other girls. I just dislike the way the stand in the street. This attracts to much attention for my tastes. The only solution is talk to girls you have seen before or are with others that are known working girls. The other option is to observe. If they are decoy's it will be fairly obvious. I would avoid even the word "hook up". The vice arrested someone for using the term "looking for some fun" for a loitering charge in Socal. Fortunately the guy hired a lawyer and the city attorney dropped the case. Just remember the city of Seattle has a loiter law. The key is avoid using any term that implies sex in any way. This is why I use neutral words when talking to a potential SW. The other problem is that you might be talking to a civilian that might call the cops on you. I offered this one girl a ride that looked like a SW in area that frequented by working girls. The girl freaked out and called the cops. The cops actually put the cuffs on & questioned me. I went through the AA area on my way through to somewhere else. It was windy, rainy and blowing out there so not much to see. I spotted a nice young SW standing on the corner of 137th and decided to pull over and watch for a while. I watched three guys all slow down and drive past to intercept her on 137th. Each guy pulled off of Aurora and promptly parked next to the white-bricked building, across the street from the SW on the opposite corner and maybe 20 feet back. I watched her head follow each car from the point of slow-down, turning and finally to parking. She just stood there and watched, making no attempt to move to approach any of the guys, but definitely making eye contact. Each guy finally turned on his lights, pulled up to the corner and left. She attempted to approach each driver as they pulled-up to the stop sign but they each decided to ignore her. All of these mongers were a few minutes apart from each other so they weren't attempting to lure her over at the same time.
If this isn't a prime example of how LAZY these hookers are out there lately I don't know what is. These guys weren't parking more than maybe a short walk from her corner and yet she couldn't be bothered. I guess maybe standing in the wind and rain was better. LE will say that. If a girl does not get in I drive off. I do not respond to anything said to me through the window. The most I might do, if I KNOW they are working is say do you need a ride. I only cruise from the left lane and don't even think about stopping. Yes, it got crazy around the Shell Station. I saw two shootings there. Back then, the police were a lot harder on everyone. I remember a pimp lipped off to one of the cops and the cop got right in his face, like two inches, basically backed the pimp down and made go crawling back to his car. All this you turn stuff would have never happened on the AAA. You had to have game. I really liked it. Lots of good places to go and once you got out of the area, there was no way they could find you. Lot's of quality service from the girls.
It has for me too. My opinion is that even though we're in a pandemic and people are out of jobs, the unemployment benefits are so good that there's tons of guys getting paid better than they normally do LOL. Not to mention if the girls themselves are getting pandemic relief funds too. Money to burn plus free time equals girls getting paid all the time.
The girls I've been seeing don't even walk anymore business has been so good, even upped their prices. You get guys sending them money just to get their attention now. I like trolling the stroll because of the thrill of finding someone new and unexpected. Unfortunately not too many out there like that now. The ones that are out are safety only and absurdly high priced to the point they have no regulars and have to walk.
If you find a gem out there realize you are very lucky.
I've heard from a few girls that after Everspring closed last summer, the city got really serious about getting SWs, homeless and addicts off the street. Social workers got involved and girls were put-up around various hotels from Tacoma to Shoreline. On condition of accepting the housing, counseling and treatment was offered, apparently several accepted it. While on this program they apparently aren't allowed to be walking the street and working. If they get caught, there goes their safety net. They've cleaned-up all of the drug trailers which used to reside around the side streets near AA. Also a few years ago the city constructed a housing facility on 96th, several girls, or should I say former SWs, live there. They get counseling and treatment. None of the girls I know who live there seem to be working the street anymore or in general. The last holdout I knew finally started counseling and found Jesus, she's a full-on church nut now which is really odd to see. We communicate, but she's not interested in dates anymore. She's probably a few steps away from getting a real job. I know another former SW in the program who now also has a day job. We'll see how long all of this lasts, but it seems as though everyone is finally off on the path they needed.
But the city really did have a serious problem. The opioid crisis hit the entire country pretty hard. I knew a couple of SWs who died from their problems. It was time to address it. Unfortunately now the vacuum seems to have been replaced by trafficked girls from out of town. We're seeing a different approach to their business philosophy. I really hope that shit gets wiped-out.

On another note, I grabbed a bite to eat at Jack in the Box this afternoon and saw a very attractive ASW walk by. I swear, sometime in the 2005-10 time, I thought I saw Courtney up on Aurora and 85th, at the bus stop in front of the Jack in the Box. I couldn't believe that she would be on the streets, as she did well with agencies and as an Indy.
