Hey Fan,
I'd stay clear of that one completly. The only thing worse you could talk about in e-mail would be to meet her, at her, school parking lot.
hey id like to ask anyone out there if theres any law about being with a younger one after a certain time. i met this 17 year old girl that actually looks 22. her bday is next month. she well be turning 18. well i met her at walmart and she asked me to call her and email her. i haven't called her yet and when i email her i watch what i say because she is still **** but the mention of sex did slip out a couple times the first couple emails. but i've stopped that. but everyday she emails me trying to talk sex with me or to come pick her up. now i did agree to pick her up to eat maybe hit a movie. but no sex. she's always asking me to pick her up when her moms at work. which is after 11pm but tells me she needs to be back home by 6am sharp. i give her some excuse not to because i don't know what i'd say and do if i were to be pulled over by a cop and she's with me. even if nothing happens is it against the law? i can wait till she turns 18 but i'm just curious now if there is a law against it but honestly i got pretty tempted but i can wait one more month. but she's a bit on the wildside always curious about sex and wants to drink. which i know the drinking part i can't do with her.
the age of consent in nevada is 16 here is a link

I believe it is 16, somebody I'm sure can clarify. I'm not a lawyer and don't even play one on TV but I don't believe you'd be in legal jeopardy picking up a 17yo SW in LV. The moral issue might be another matter.

It is, of course, a grey area...
"The age a person can legally consent to sexual activity in the state of Nevada is 16; however, if the adult involved in the sexual act is 21 years of age or older and is a teacher, instructor, professor, administrator, head coach, assistant coach or in certain positions of authority over the minor at an educational institution, it is a crime to have sexual relations with a student under the age of 18. (Unless they are married)
A 16 year old is a "minor" under the laws of the state of Nevada and is under the legal authority of their parent or guardian. There can be other legal risk to adults over the age of 18 who are involved with a minor sexually if the parents pursue legal actions to terminate the relationship. "
It's okay to stay in contact with the girl. Just don't make any mention of sex in your communications with her. You just need to let her know that you have to wait until she is legal and that you cannot buy her booze.
Took a quick trip up BH before I flew back east on Thursday Morning. Saw one BSW down by the car dealers then sitting at the light of BH & Freemont, I see a blonde WSW walking the opposite way. I loop back around a catch up to her and see if she needs a ride. She loudly replies "I'm NOT soliciting and I'm NOT going back to jail" I repied with "I asked if you needed a ride" then put the car in gear and left. Guess she thought I was a cop. Anyone ever had this happen to them?

So if the girl is 16 it is legal to pork her in Nevada as long as she is willing and I am not her school teacher. If I am her school teacher she has to be 18 and consent for me to legally pork her. I can live with that.

My friend had the best experience today.
So, he was driving up Boulder Highway, on his way to perform some other errands. He saw a vision in a red dress walking the other way, and, lo! she waved back at him! Fighting to find a place to turn around, he was crestfallen to see that he couldn't find her, but it turns out she had just stepped off to the side to give him a chance to whip around. She hopped into the car, and started telling him about herself. Her name is Star (digits available to seniors), and she normally works the strip, but today, she was on BH. She started by asking him for $1.5 for a half hour of her time, but relented down to $1.00, when it became clear that he wasn't in a position to pay that much. He got them a motel room, and, wouldn't you know it? It turns out they liked each other so much that she did everything he wanted to do, right there! Can you believe it? He says that it was the best half hour he's ever spent.
Lucky friend.

The OP didn't mention any money being exchanged, but thought I'd weigh in on this. Both in the US and abroad, though the age of consent may be under 18, there are definitely stipulations when money is involved. As far as I know, under US law PAYING a girl under 18 for sex is definitely not legal and you're going to get in a lot more trouble than just soliciting, too much room for exploitation, doesn't matter if it's Vegas or Thailand. I have also always been under the impression that if you're over 21 and the girl 16, you can have a real problem on your hands if the parents object. And what parents are ok with some 30 or 40 (or older) year old guy dating their little 16 year old daughter?
Being born and raised here, I kind of felt like the 21 cap was basically to "protect" young couples so that if a guy were say 18 or 19 and just out of high school or even still in school, he wouldn't go to jail for sleeping with his 16 year old girlfriend, but after you're over the age of 21, you don't really have much business dating a girl that young in the eyes of the law. Not saying there aren't some cute ones, but that's why they call them jailbait!
I'm not a lawyer nor do I even play one on tv. Consider this my own perception and speculation and I'm not taking the time to find and cite any NRS statutes, but considering that the penalties for something like this could potentially be very steep, as tempting as it may be, I'd say it's not worth the risk. Take it easy guys, don't want to see any of you getting sat down by Chris Hansen!

Does this chick have a small head or does it just look that way in proportion to her huge tatas? She's pretty hot for a SW, but $ for a half hour is pretty steep for a walker IMO. Glad he had a good time though and thanks for sharing, she is cute!

I was doing some more research and there is the slight possibility that your actions might be considered as "contributing to the delinquency of a minor". If you encouraged to the girl to have sex while she was a minor than it might be construed as in inducing her to commit a crime.
Probably your best bet is wait till she is 18 before having any further contact with her.
The OP didn't mention any money being exchanged, ***
A discussion about the "age of consent" concerns the age a girl must be to have the legal capacity to consent to sex when she says, "Yes." For a girl below the age of consent the law says "No." It doesn't matter that she may have said, "Yes." It is called statutory rape because the statute makes it rape when the girl is too young.
The presence or absence of money has nothing to do with anything.

Good advice.

It's what caused the otherwise uneventful trip to have a sudden turnaround on BH to go and fetch that lovely lass.
That, and the person taking the picture has a significant lack of photography skills. :(
I have seen a few brief mentions of sws on Rancho north of the 95. If any of you guys have experience in that area help us out. I have seen some action on Bonanza near Rancho, but it has been quiet for some time. I know that area can be productive, I am just not sure when and where is best.
