Yesterday early morning like around 4, I was cruising the areas, and ran into a WSW named Tina off of State Ave. She's probably late 20's early 30's about 5'6 130 brunette who keeps her hair in a 'bun.' maybe a 6-7 on the scale. They start using the same dosage they were using before the got locked up or got clean and its way to much for their system, when you OD in the hood nobody is calling the police or ambulance nobody is trying to save you. I met Sweets while she was patronizing my place of employment, she gave me her phone number to the hotel she was staying at I didn't see her until about 3 weeks later she was always cool. If this is true then lets understand somthing. There is a Huge difference from East, Central, West McM. If you are Cruising pass McMillian towards Marshal the residents want the SW & Drug Dealer action moved from area all the way to MLK.
The residents Central McM from Brighton Approach down to Vine are use to the daily action. People Come & Go.
East McM from Vine to Main is a Haven for Dealers. Not much real SW action, but sometimes.
So if residents are writing down license then it will be up Marshall that are and by Straight St. I can see their point.

There's a channel 19 satellite truck on McMicken near straight street I'm sure that has something to do with the road blocks that are coming later this week. There isn't a single girl on the streets anywhere on McMicken either.

Well the road blocks have raised some eyebrows. It seems some local residents have problems getting home and "normal" people trying to quickly navigate the neighborhood can't do that. I was in Findlay Market today and was approached in the parking area by one of the girls upset by the blocks. She indicated that nothing will stop the trade but it might take a day or two for the customers to find the girls. Not sure if going to the market is the smartest strategy for any of the girls since Uncle seems to frequent that area.

I took a detour up McM Tuesday night. It really looks like the locals are going to have fun getting home and to the store. I have been looking for Big Ann for quite a while and haven't found her yet. Any info would be appreciated.

Quite a few new faces have shown up in Carthage lately I don't see any I recognize, maybe some of you from the other areas might see some you know. The area is at seymour and vine and the are usually anywhere south of there between vine and fairpark, which runs paralell to vine, and sometimes I see them as far as Elmwood. I'm not sure how long they will be there, I do know a few that I knew have disappeared, including one of my atf's. I'm, not sure if she went on vacation to uncle LEO's house, or if she is sick or oded.
