Great post KnoxOle but if I may, just a little advice to help you on your way to senior status (if you want it).
Each of those reports could have been fragmented into separate, individual posts, thus increasing your post count. Even though short and concise, each has value.
Some dudes on here post useless, unnecessary, irrelevant stupid stuff like "I'm having no luck", "can I get her digits", "I agree" to do just that.
Next time you decide "to release", bombard us with a bunch of short ones instead of one long one with multiple subjects.
