I am not saying they would include or exclude groups from ads they place to sting mongers but if they thought for a second that mongers assumed it was a loophole or way to ensure a particular provider was not LE, they would jump all over it. Kind of like the old myth that LE has to answer truthishly if, when working UC, they are asked if they are a cop. Of course they'll say no. If they wanted to do a sting and they thought that a particular wording be the honey to catch the most flies, they would use it in a heartbeat.
