A couple years ago I was coming out of a parking lot trying to turn onto the blvd and there was this blonde (blonde1) walking towards my direction with another blonde (blonde2) maybe 15-20 feet walking behind her. I look left-right-left again looking for my opening to get onto the blvd but am also checking out both girls. My driver window was down so as blonde1 approaches and gets to about 4-feet from my car she pulls down her top and flashes me both tits. I was scared shitless but tried to hold composure and innocence not wanting them to get a read on how panicked I really was. My little voice was still in my head yelling, "Get the fuck out of here, get the fuck out of here right now. " So I told her, I don't know, I've got an errand to run, maybe after if you're still around we can figure it out. " then turned and started walking back to my car. You know how sometimes you can feel "eyes" on you? Well, I "felt" eyes on me with each step praying they didn't come from behind and throw me down in the parking lot and arrest me right there.

There's a thing called "inference" which is a necessary component they'll need to show in court if they're going to arrest you. It's an act that clearly demonstrates a willingness to participate in the illegal act of prostitution. An example would be. If after establishing sexual acts would take place and if after discussing money for those sex acts, if an undercover girl instructions you to meet her around the corner and you drive around the corner your action would be interpreted as a willingness to participate. If the sex and money weren't previously discussed there couldn't be inference because without those elements present if the girl instructs you to meet her around the corner and you drive around the corner, you could always argue I don't know what she wanted, I just thought she wanted to talk or something like that.

I believe they were waiting for me to open the door to the motel office and that would have been the inference, the act which shows a willingness to participate. I tried to unwind any inference they may have had on me prior when I told her, "I don't have any money" and "It's not going to happen" which clearly shows my inability to participate and unwillingness to participate which is why each step back to my car was like torture, because I actually had the money in my pocket so if they came up from behind and threw me down once they checked my pockets they would have been able to prove I had the money to participate.

If they were legit, they would have just walked right past us into the motel lobby and got their room. That they froze, then stood around for a bit tells me they were cops wondering if they had enough to bust me on. On the one hand, I was there, on the other I verbally stated to everyone present, "Nothing's happening" so did they want to take that to court.
