Looking for some info on Madison
I know Madison has had a few visits with the uncle, but I cannot remember her government name, you know, the one she'd use to register with the uncle! Can anyone help me out? Obviously will need to be via a PM to avoid putting the real name here. Thanks in advance!
Morgan / Madison.
I'm hardly one to be critical (having pursued little Boss Lady years ago) --Morgan / Madison / Miranda's LOOK has gotten my attention time and again. But so has her 'history'. She's had two other Uncle interactions since Feb 2024--the most recent being Dec 2024. I've overlooked minor indiscretions before-yeah lots of VOP and controlled substance tags. But scrolling her history brings up a few Battery / Dom Violence charges from 2014 AND a Dom Violence. Murder / Non negligent Manslaughter charge (2015). I don't mess with THE BIG M.
She's had too many Felony charges not to be on some legal 'radars'. Be wary.
F1.
Not sure where you got that "murder" info from. While admittedly not an exhaustive search, I found one case from 2015, it was for a violation of conditions of release and it was dropped by the state. No other cases in her name for 2015. Plus, in a 2022 case, I located the state's listing of her criminal history, nothing showing any such charge. And, of course, had she had such a serious conviction in 2015, she probably would have been in prison for awhile now. While a bit speculative, I don't think any such charge exists. If you've got something showing otherwise, I'd certainly be interested. If you don't think it appropriate for the board, feel free to send me a PM. By no means am I saying Madison is a saint (never even met her personally) I don't believe she has any "BIG M" convictions.
"M" is for Madison, not murder
Not sure how you didn't spot it--its in BCSO booking reports. Don't KNOW how much info Admin allows to be posted but you can go look:, Viol Injunction Protection Dom Viol. Murder / Nonnegligent manslaughter 01/19/2015 Case # 15-022036.
In the space of 3 days in Jan, 2015 she had 2 VOP, 1 Battery-Dom Violence charges, 1 Burglary {unarmed} charge and the above. She followed up in Feb with another VOP and another Battery-Dom Violence charge.
I realize this was 10 years ago, but she hasnt improved -unless you believe going from Misdemeanors to Felonies is an 'improvement'at least 30 charges -mostly felony-since 2020 ; I'm not making any suggestions or giving advice. I view her as dangerous. I don't need that kind of excitement.
Best of luck.
F1.
First issue, I was using the clerk's website while you were using the sheriff's website. That explains how we were seeing different information. Second issue, the people doing the data entry at the sheriff's office are just using codes, the codes are often over-inclusive and / or horribly misleading. As an example, the one you referred to that says "Viol Injunction Protection Dom Viol. Murder / Nonnegligent manslaughter" is misleading. If you look at that same entry, just go a couple columns to the right, it shows a misdemeanor case number, then, one more column to the right, it actually says it's a "misdemeanor" offense. Then go to the clerks website and look up that misdemeanor case number, 05-2015-MM-011963, it shows only misdemeanor offenses, never any mention of any murder charge, not then, not ever.
As to the "30 charges. Mostly felony. Since 2020" that really isn't a fair assessment, in my opinion. In August of 2020, she was arrested and initially had 3 misdemeanor charges and 2 felony charges. She was convicted of 1 misdemeanor and 2 felonys. In January of 2021, she was arrested and initially charged with 1 misdemeanor and 2 felonys. The entire case was dismissed. In April of 2021, she was arrested and charged with 1 misdemeanor and 2 felonys. She entered a plea on all charges. In October of 2021, she was arrested for 6 misdemeanors and 1 felony. She was convicted of 1 misdemeanor and 1 felony. In November of 2021, she was arrested for 1 misdemeanor and 3 felonys. The entire case was dismissed. In October of 2022, she was arrested and charged with 2 misdemeanors and 2 felonys. She was convicted on the 2 felonys. In February of 2024, she was arrested and charged with 1 felony, then, in June of 2024, she was arrested and charged with 1 misdemeanor and 1 felony, the misdemeanor was dropped and she is being prosecuted for the 1 felony. Both of those cases are still pending. In total then, since 2020, she has been convicted on 3 misdemeanor charges and 7 felony charges, that's 10 total convictions, not 10 total cases.
She's had 8 arrests in the past 5 years, clearly she won't meet anyone's definition of a saint or a law abiding citizen. Nearly all of her cases include drug charges, she has nothing more serious than third degree felony drug charges. She does have 2 battery convictions, 1 in 2013 with the victim being her mother, and 1 in 2014 with the victim being a boyfriend. By the way, this is why I first posted a question about her, while I find her look very intriguing, her history concerns me, especially the two rather recent drug charges. On the positive side (if that's the right phrase to use) she's never been charged with murder or robbery or anything else that would directly relate to her interaction with a monger. And, so far as I know, she's never scammed any of us, never took the money and ran, never took a deposit and ghosted someone. Clearly she has her demons, but so too do a lot of other providers out there. The ultimate question then, is THIS provider, with her specific demons, worth seeing? Or should she be avoided? I suspect some would answer in the negative and some would answer in the affirmative. As to me, still undecided.
While the sheriff's website has useful information, please keep in mind that cops just make arrests, once that's over, they're done. It's the court system that actually decides whether to prosecute, what charges to prosecute and the ultimate end result. My point being, while the sheriff's website might show a dozen charges, including multiple felony charges, the ultimate disposition might be a single misdemeanor conviction. Hence my recommendation to look at BOTH websites.
Of what I could find in county records, that was a violation of a judges protective order (no contact) when her PO literally found her at her ex boyfriends apt. So it wasn't 'murder', dude is still alive. Probably an attempted murder from another case that we can't see.
I suspect whatever incident happened that generated that no contact order, it didn't happen in Brevard (most likely outside of FL too), because there's NO record of it here that I could find. The charge also never went in front of a judge here.
The arrest report indicated that the PO screwed up on the initial charges, and what is listed on the jail site was appended after initial arrest (hence why it has a different date and case number). I think she might have been extradited to another state at that time, but I'm to lazy to dig that deep right now.
Looks like the entire case was abandoned by the state in 2023.
Actually, the no contact order did originate here, in Brevard County. In my previous post, I mentioned a battery offense with her boyfriend listed as the victim. When that arrest occurred, the no contact order was created. Then, like you said, her PO went to her listed residence and both she and the boyfriend were there. Hence the new charge, violation of a no contact order. Though, as you also mentioned, the new case, violation of the no contact order, was dropped. The no contact order came from a 2014 case, date of arrest was April 23rd. The violation of that no contact order was a 2015 case, date of arrest of January 16th. Again, all in Brevard County, no extradition to another state.
