It seems BP does filter out the code words. The LE looks for any young looking photos where the girl does not show her face. This is a clue as that she might be on the younger side. Personally you are right. Most are old haggard on the streets. Its seldom that I pick up anyone as I have too many fine pieces that are stunning and let me play with them like I like to. Treat them great and they will come back for more. If LE invested the time in acually crimes. Drugs and theft. My gosh it would be great. According to a very reliable taxi passenger, there is a SW going by the name "Jennifer" (that may or may not be her true name) who has full-blown AIDS walking 82nd from Eastport South to Johnson Creek Blvd.

Also, according to a couple of passengers now there is a woman named "Jill" (Again, may or may not be a true name) is ripping cab drivers off near Flavel. I hear she has short blond hair and throws her arms around like a crazy person.

Finally, I have seen the rip-off artist "April" sitting in the McDonald's on 82 and Foster several times lately with her boyfriend when I have gone in for a break from my taxi cab duties. April has been featured several times on this board and is notorious for ripping off people for cash and cell phones.

I didn't think this one was working due to the fact she wasn't moving and the abundance of unnecessary crap she was lugging around with her. But sure enough, less than 5 minutes after this photo she hopped into some dude's cab not to far away from here and I saw them drive away.

This woman has been walking to and from this spot and a nearby motel for the last 3 or 4 days wearing the same skirt. She has a HUGE fresh looking tattoo on her leg. Sometimes she has a shorter white guy tagging along with her who looks like Popeye.

Did you happen to what the leg marking was. There is a girl with a huge dollar sign on her leg that she wanted to get filled in. She calls her self Portland's prostitute. And she is proud of it.

the way the idiots sensationalize the young girl issue it seems portland is as seedy at thailand. come on. how many of you have seen an **** girl out there. i have not and i am driving the streets more as a looker not a picker upper, with the rare exception. they are keeping a couple of full time prosecutors to handle the cases. come on folks. give it a break. how about use the money for something real. like a bridge across the river. we spent 180 million for nothing. just thought the money could be better spent and time catching real meth thieves and crack heads.
