I did a lot of research before signing up for either of them and seemed like Seeking was much better about weeding out total scammers. Neither one is perfect on scammers, so just like stg you have to look for red flags, but I feel pretty comfortable with the volume of actual SBs on Seeking and I've had some good success. I think I prefer seeking overall but I had a long stretch where I couldn't work around the ban I got implemented on me in seeking so I used benefits. One sure fire way to weed out fake profiles is to cross reference them. Typically if they are on both sites they stand a better chance of being real.
