Wondering how many of us use Vitamin V. Or related alternatives. To enhance the experience? I am a fan of Vitamin L. I actually have enjoyed the experience more with the pharmaceutical aid because it provides for much quicker recovery and for more satisfying second pop.

Unfortunately I am out of supply, as I only had sample pack. Worried about securing more for reasons of discretion.

A physician I know recommended nutritional alternative:

. L-Arginine: 2, 000 mg / daily.

. Choline: 2, 000 mg. 30 minutes before activity.

. Vitamin B5:1, 000 mg. 30 minutes before activity.

If supplements work might be better than Vitamin V as healthier and no side effects.

Going to give it a try and will report back.

This update you're speaking of looks like it was designed to put some coin, in the site operator's pocket. Since this is a free resource, well you get what you pay for.

There are ways around loading that content, I fixed it but probably should not post how I did it on here.

I agree Vitamin L seems to have the best overall results. Vitamin C however, is the least risky. I always get worried taking "vitamins", the side affect can be pretty messed up. That 4 hour warning thing is definitely not something to be ignored.

Those nutritional supplements are a bit concerning though. Only L-Arginine has any real used application towards activity. The other two have anecdotal evidence at best, in line with placebo effect. Both are good for the liver, but there's little difference in taking it daily and taking it before action. L-Arginine though is cool in that it works counter intuitively, lowing blood pressure (which actually helps despite what common sense would think). It's near impossible to get any ill effects from those vitamins though, so it's definitely worth a shot, and I'll wish you luck. I would recommend separating out the L-Arginine and trying it on it's own, as I suspect that any improvement will likely be due to that.

I can't go to the family doc and would like to find out where I could get a sample pack of C V or L to try out and where I could go to buy some of these vitiams after I found what works best for me. V worked and only side effect was flush face and stuffy nose fore a few hours.
