Watch out for those "young punks" you referenced as they may also have replica (air / gas / pneumatic) handguns / rifles (pellet, bb) that can cause injury and are dangerous at close range; in certain configurations and rounds, they are killas.
No confront them; ask the businesses to call HPD on the kids for obstructing their private property and interfering with business. Just my opinion.
