While she MAY no longer be a crackhead now I can assure you she has been on some hardcore drugs in the past and it shows! I came from the DC area where $100 more for an hour would get me at the minimum an 8 on the looks scale with a nice curvy and beautiful Latina visiting from South America. Julia on the other hand does not even reach a 5 in my opinion, but hey that's what makes the world go round, everyone has different standard and taste.
