Veronica's Fantastic Oral Skills
I took an afternoon off late last week so I sent a text to Veronica a couple of days prior. It took a while to hear back from her so I was a little worried but thankfully she text me back and we setup a time to meet. Once she opened the door and she gave me a kiss and a hug I was hating myself for waiting so long to see her again. She's such a curvaceous sexy beautiful woman. I booked an hour appointment and in my big head I had all of these plans and positions that I wanted to partake in but the opening BBBJ ceremony was so amazing that I opted to let her work her magic on my little head for about a half hour before I exploded in her mouth. Just watching her go to work and making eye contact made me feel like I was the star in a porn movie. I told her to expect to hear from me more frequently.
A couple of points that I wanted to make:
1. Because of the requests that I've received for her contact info, I asked her and she said that she's currently not accepting any new clients. She did say that could change in the future but not right now.
2. I am not her gatekeeper and I was not granted permission to pass along her contact information. She said that Orlo is the gatekeeper and is aware that he hasn't been available. I did not pepper her with questions pertaining to Orlo because it's non of my business. Ghostrider I think is covering for Orlo.
I like open discussion like this.
I fully agree with this. I wish there was more open dialogue on testing available and treatments. And less stigma and shame in our society to have a safe place to go.
The top priority should be the noncurable diseases or STDs. Those are typically the viral STDs. HIV, Hepatitis B and C, Herpes 1 and Herpes 2. HIV can be addressed with PrEP, either Descovy or Truvada. There are also injectable PrEPs, either 2 shots monthly or every 6 months. If taken correctly, they have a 99% efficacy against HIV, and some go up to 99.6% efficacy. This can be achieved a few weeks after starting treatment. It's also good to note that Tenofovir, which is one of the combinations used in Truvada and Descovy offer "SOME" level of protection against Hepatitis B and herpes. DON'T fully rely on that. If you haven't already, get vaccinated against Hepatitis B. If it's been over 20-30 years, you should consider doing titers to measure your antibodies or get re-vaccinated. Hepatitis B is noncurable, so that's why the vaccine is important. Hepatitis C, while also sexually transmissible, is curable.
As far as herpes 1 and 2. You need to rely heavily on inspection. Any sores or ulcers, you don't proceed. Same for HPV, any warts, you don't proceed. That's not 100% guarantee, as they can be spread even in their latent phase.
Doxy PEP could help with Chlamydia, gonorrhea, and syphilis, but the efficacy is about 50-70%. It's better than nothing. UTIs, yeast infections, trichomoniasis, and mycoplasma genitalium are also common. The last two are not typically tested and often misdiagnosed as yeast. Any abnormal urethral discharge after BBFS, make sure to ask that those two get included in your STD panel. Doxycycline doesn't work for trichomoniasis, and it alone doesn't treat mycoplasma genitalium. For Trichomoniasis, you would need metronidazole.
The anatomy of the male reproductive system, particularly the length of our urethra, makes difficult to get some infections, most specifically UTIs. Drink plenty of water to flush your urinary tract. Don't just wet wipes and hopped in bed. Drink at least 2 liters of water minutes after a BBFS encounter. The goal is to void every 10-15 minutes. If you're able to, drink an additional 2-4 liters during the day. Wash as soon as possible. Soap is not ideal, but use whatever is available.
Get tested regularly. If you have a friend who's a physician, nurse practitioner, or physician assistant, this can help you skip those shameful urgent care visits and keep those claims off your insurance, which could raise a red flag if you're in a relationship. You can order STD panels online and let them know if anything comes back positive, so they can send prescriptions to your pharmacy. I could help with that, but that would mean exposing my identity. I'm sure there are plenty licensed mongers on USASG who could help, but it becomes an identity concern, and we don't know who we're dealing with.
