I go the route where I'm sitting naked on the massage table, towel moved to chair. It lets them know how you want the massage and normally there will be no attempt to cover.
I dealt with these "pretenses" when I was a newbie. Now I don't waste my time. I don't make any attempt to cover myself during a massage. If they say something I pretend like I don't know what the hell they are talking about. Its my money. I enjoy a nude massage. If that makes you uncomfortable, tough shit. Find a different profession. If you are paying, I will put a towel on. If I am paying, the towel stays off.
.

Report L_ spa on Clark
I went to l_ spa on Clark just north of Bryn Mawr. Drew a 40 something slim girl. Walked past a younger girl, thought about asking about her but never feel comfortable asking for the more attractive girl. Room has the bars for back walking but there would be none of that as well as the printed no sex sign. Naked when the girl walked in, asked if my first time, I said no. Kind of sub par massage but ok and unrushed. On the flip, didn't have to ask. Standard finish, decent. 45 at door plus 40 tip. Was not attracted to the girl and below average massage probably will keep me from going back.
I went there again yesterday, again nothing! I don't have these problems anywhere else in my new hobby.
Sent you a PM. Did you go towel free?! It's rare that they'll leave your dick swinging in the wind.
I agree with Datsurman. I'm too old to play the towel game at nondescript offices. If they leave a towel on the table, I'll be certain to lay on top of it instead. I had a MT walk out on me only once. I responded to an ad on MassageAnywhere, which is hardly a bastion of legitimacy. It was at a salon, but I wanted to test the waters. I kept nudging the towel before she stormed away, declaring the session over with. Of course, she made me do the walk of shame to the front desk. I quietly paid full for my partial session, in order to avoid a scene. I've stuck to small Euro offices and private residences ever since.

Too Cryptic

I know it's going to be a let down, but it's just so close to my office.

No credit card charge
I wrote a report regarding D&B spa last week.
Strangely, they did not charge $60 on my credit card.
Does anyone have similar experience?
I brought $100 cash as usual. Paid $60 for entrance.
The MT suggested $100 for BJ, so I told her that I can pay $40 by cash and $60 by card.
I gave her $40 cash after session, but she had hard time to use the credit card machine.
So, I took over, click "sales" on machine, process $60 and wrote "Tip to Kelly" on the receipt.
(I have copy of receipt of $60.).
And, then, I saw the the pending charge $60 for 5-6 days and found it disappeared this morning.
What's happening?

Credit Card
I can offer a theory based on our credit card system.
Its relatively straightforward, but a variety of things can stop a charge from going through. We've had workers run the card incorrectly, for example. Each night at 11 PM we get an automated settlement when the day's charges are downloaded to the credit card processor. In the morning we read the settlement report to compare it to the day's receipts. So, if the worker messed up the charge, the settlement will omit that particular charge. If that happened (and we spot it) we call the processor, and they re-run the transaction. We reconcile every day. Also we check the bank deposits vs the credit card processor report and the settlement report.
The software is designed to catch typical "errors". For example, a tip adjust that is bigger than some target amount (like 100% Also, I would guess, duplicate charges. So your first $60 was the "door" and the second $60 was the tip. That might easily get flagged as a duplicate. So the credit card company might call the owner and ask if it was a duplicate. Owner asks the girl, and she either forgot, or more likely decided (see no evil / speak no evil) and she denied knowing anything about the extra $60 or the BJ. That would be my theory.
So you got a bargain. Alternatively, you could return and talk to the girl. She might reward you for your honesty. I would not discuss it with the owner.

What's happening?
That's what some would say. If you never plan on going back there, you could just consider that you got a great discount for extra service. However, if you are happy with her service and plan on returning, give it another week to see if the charge actually goes through. If not, remind her of the visit and pay her the 60 in cash; it will probably blow her mind, and you may get some brownie points. Or, she might just think that you are a sucker. Could go either way; who knows?
Depending on the credit card servicing company, the machine sometimes need to be "closed out" at the end of the day, and this extra step sometimes doesn't get done properly and the credit to their account can get delayed, or never happen. Depending on the English reading skills of the person using the machine, the charge could inadvertently be canceled or reversed.
You can avoid the problem by bringing enough cash with you. Personally, I wouldn't even consider using a charge or debit card for the hobby; never know when the paper trail could bite you in the ass. . .

Settlement
Good point. We auto-settle (upload the data) at 11:00. But a power failure or network failure could also mess up the settlement or cause it to drop a transaction. However, the fact that you saw the charge as "pending" meant that the credit card processor got the data, but posted it for further research. Construed by the CC company as a "suspicious" charge. I can only guess the shop owner (or accountant) told the CC company to void the charge.

Too Vauge
In my first experience with AMP, decided to hit three locations on Archer. First one gave an OK massage but great HE. I got the hint that she was good with extras because she kept calling me baby. When she finished massage, she whispered "OK, all done baby". I replied, "Is that it? Anything extra?" She signaled 'five' with her hand and I nodded and the HJ commenced.
Second and third location massages were better but when I asked for extras, they each said that they could caress area while I did the deed myself but could not do anything else. For those experienced folks, is this normal? Is it because it was my first time and they didn't know me well enough?
There is about a dozen AMPs "on Archer", running from Chinatown to Midway. Be kind and be more descriptive or add the website.

I know it's going to be a let down, but it's just so close to my office.
She was attractive, place was clean. Looked like the former space of a doctor's office in a high rise. That's where the good stuff ends.
She entered and I was nude face down. Immediately she places a towel over me. Asks what type of massage, blah blah. 120 for a half. Horrible pricing.
Anyway, near the end after the flip she says 'you are welcome to release yourself'. I said nah, got up and began to dress. She left the room and said 'if you wish, just leave a tip in the room'.
Total scam place in that they know damn well what they are implying with the back page ad and nondescript locale. I won't be back.
